L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!
