Only 9-10 minutes walk from Villefranche Sur Mer's old town you will find this luxurious top apartment in a very well maintained residence. The entire apartment was renovated to a very high standard in 2015. The job was done by an interior designer. The terraces with a total area of 36 m2, have beautiful panoramic views of the bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and towards Beaulieu Sur Mer. Good sun conditions with sun from morning to evening. All rooms have their own terraces. The apartment has several parking spaces.

A bright living area is highlighted by large windows that allow natural light to illuminate the space. A comfortable sofa rests against the wall, complemented by a black coffee table at its center. Decorative plants and artwork add character to the room, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

It is quietly located, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, ideal for waking up to birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes to the reserve beach and about ten minutes to the tram.
