Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. L'appartement se trouve dans le quartier du port, à deux pas du Vieux Nice, de la Place Garibadi et de la Promenade des Anglais. Faciles d'accès, les transports en commun vous mènent facilement jusqu'à Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat ou Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

Mon appartement ( 80 m 2) est situé dans un bel immeuble classé monument historique sur le port de Nice. La station de tramway "Port Lympia (ligne directe depuis l’aéroport) est située à 200 mètres. Vous pouvez découvrir les principaux sites touristiques à pied (port, antiquaires, colline du château avec sa vue panoramique, la place Garibaldi, la rue Bonaparte et ses charmants restaurants et cafés, le vieux Nice...). Quartier branché. L’environnement est vraiment agréable exceptionnel !

Stunning flat with sea view & garden/ Promenade

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
