Beachfront vacation rentals in Port Lympia

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Nico and Liza’s place was fantastic. It is in a great location that allowed me to get to anywhere easily! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great value too.

We had a great stay , loved being in the heart of old town , lots of stairs which was fine for us but if you have mobility issues maybe not . Easy check in and out , would stay again

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Jordi's is 10/10 perfect location and space. I visit this listing many times and it as if I am coming home. Always in perfect shape and Jordi is a delight. I will continue to return.

The Loft is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery and supermarket. No need to take the car, Royal! In addition, Bravo because it's fully equipped, it's been a long time since we had an apartment with so much equipment available! Kevin is great, nice welcome, full of explanations and recommendations... very flexible and very responsive, you can feel that he wants these guests to be well taken care of and it's great! We'll remember the address and we'll be happy to come back!

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

What an amazing gem this property was. The view was out of this world. Waking up every morning to that gorgeous view made me giddy! Close to restaurants, to beach clubs, to cafes, you name it. I fell in love with Nice and would 100% stay at this property again. Everything we needed was there and the host was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The noise from the promenade was what I expected but it didn’t bother me much, but the location was worth every car horn. Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to Nice!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Joseph was a great host, he was very responsive. The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us and had everything we needed, including beach towels. The location of the apartment was perfect. Right on the water and easy walk to the train station and old Nice. The roof has a great view as well. So many good restaurants nearby and great beach clubs right across the street. We’d definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location! Fabulous modern, well equipped, quiet apt for two couples, overlooking the citadel. Loved the balcony with great view. Walkable to everything! Host very responsive. Plenty of good restaurants by sea in walking distance. TI one block away was very helpful. Bakery there also with bread and ready made sandwiches. Took Uber, bus and train to other towns easily-better than having a car. We can’t wait to return.

This has been my favorite Air BnB yet! The flat is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Cedric and Catherine thought of anything and everything. It is super clean. Bed was comfortable and curtains provide plenty of darkness to sleep. Don't hear the street noise, but if you did, they left earplugs! Easy to get in and out of the building and having an elevator is a help to get to the 5th floor! Really enjoyed my espresso and croissant from the local and yummy Boulangerie on the balcony each morning. Walkable to everything. Catherine met us upon check-in even thought we arrived late in the evening. If I had a question, I asked on Air BnB messaging and got a prompt and detailed response. I wish Catherine and Cedric the best and if I am in Nice again, would definitely stay here !

We had a fantastic stay at Renee’s apartment in Nice. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach, the port, Old Town, great restaurants, close to several groceries, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and local. The apartment is stylish, clean, and very comfortable, but the real highlight for us was the balconies. We spent every morning sipping coffee and every evening enjoying a glass of wine out there – the atmosphere was relaxing and so quintessentially French. Everything we needed was provided, from fresh towels to a well-equipped kitchen, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the warmer days. Renee was a lovely host – warm, helpful, and very responsive. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in Nice!

We stayed 4 nights in Nice and had a great time. The location is perfect—just far enough from the city center to be quiet and relaxing, but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need. The apartment was relatively clean and well-equipped. A couple of areas for improvement: the garage opener had a weak signal, so it took a bit of time to get in and out, and the towels had a damp, musty smell—I’d recommend bringing your own if you can. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 5/5 stay!

Lovely area - so quiet and peaceful with a great view from the balcony. Flat is small but that is to be expected, however it was great value for money and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed however I would say the layout is a bit awkward but it’s not a big deal as we were able to make meals and do everything we needed. Hosts were responsive and helpful and the guide had everything we needed to know in it. The tram from Port Lympia was very useful and made our journeys quicker but everything is still walkable from the apartment. Walking distance to Nice Riquier train station which was great for day trips and there is a bus stop at the end of the road which will bring you to Villefranche which is very convenient. Overall a great place to stay, clean, tidy and well connected in terms of transport and super convenient.

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, definitely our favorite in Europe so far! It’s small, but has everything you need- it’s clean, very comfortable and truly, well equipped! There’s hot running water (it doesn’t run out in two minutes like some other places!) and it doesn’t leak (if you know, you know) a comfy bed, even beach towels for use. All the appliances are brand new and worked so great too, which was nice to have the option to cook some meals at home! The location is also amazing- you’re only about a mile walk from the main old town and there are great restaurants in very close proximity, even a mart below in case you need a thing or two! We would highly recommend and will be staying here on our return trip one day!

I appreciate that the host was always just a text away and checked on us everyday if everything was going well. The place is as good as it looks in the photos. All major tourist spots in Nice are a short walk away from the place - this was the major plus. The tram station is also just 5 mins away so that was a huge plus too! The place was big enough for the 3 of us and had all the amenities we could potentially need. Thanks for the well stocked coffee and tea! The only slight issues I’d mention would be that the building in which the apartment is located is under renovation, so there’s a smell of paint in the entry of the building. However this is in no way causing any problems in our experience. Moreover it is not something the host can control. Lastly, on the weekends it could get loud outside as there are bars around, and the apartment is close to the streets - however just shutting the windows was a quick solution. Overall, I’d definitely visit this airbnb again! A solid 10/10.
