Frank was very responsive and would answer within the hour, the house was clean, everything we needed for kitchenware was there and the smell of the overall house was nice, clear instructions aswell.

Amazing stay! Such a beautiful house and very private. The house is located right in the meddle of everything. Walking distances to a lot of attractions.

Extremely pleased with the place. Was as pictures and description listed. Obvious that the owner maintains and takes pride in the place. We were only 2 people so not having a second bedroom was no issue. Would be tight to have more than 2 people as there would be very limited room to have the sofa bed open. What is lacking in space inside is more than made up for by the beautiful and spacious decks outside. We loved taking the chairs from the upper deck down to the dock area for breakfast or just to sit in the evenings. Emiro responded promptly to a couple of questions upon our arrival. We would DEFINITELY want to book this place again when we return!

Jose was really nice answered all of our questions and really responsive, this is the second time we have booked this house and it is in a really great spot close to the beach, liquor store, and a market all on the corner. It has all the amenities they list and you feel right at home. They have a pool which was really fun and a great bbq setup. Great for big families . We hope to go back when we can again. Thank you for having us

Sergio was great, the place needs different couch and chair, directions for fans and lights, garbage disposal is broken, never did figure out how to reset temperature on refrigerator to keep items from freezing.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Daniel was a great host and met us when we arrived to ensure the onsite EV charging was available to us. This property worked out really well for our stay and we will look into staying here again the next time we are headed to the Rio Grand Valley.

Increible ese lugar . Fue mi primera vez rentando un Airbnb y me fascino . Me sentia como en casa por que habia todo lo que necesitaba . Para lavar , para cocinar, para limpiar . Lo que mas disfrutaba era las mañanas tomarme mi cafe afuera y bañarme en la piscina que estaba agradable la temperatura del agua .El ultimo dia sentimos hasta nostalgia de irnos , pero sera mi lugar de la escapada cuando necesite relajarme . Gracias a la anfitriona Vanessa y su esposo .

This was perfect for my family to stay at while here for funeral services. The pool was perfect for the kids and relaxing for us. The home had everything we needed that we were used to having so we felt at home which especially I needed. Thank you for everything.

Erika was wonderful. This was my first time booking an air B and B and we were so happy we did! Erika was very responsive with every question we had regarding the property and procedure. The home was impeccable. Nights were completely quiet and we slept better than we ever have at the local Hotels. Providing bottled water when we arrived was such a nice touch! Thank you again for being such a wonderful host and for making our stay amazing! Can’t wait to return in a month!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice comfortable house with great things to do locally, nice pool at the clubhouse and perfect distance to South Padre Island.

My family and I had the best stay at Adriana's place. It had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and had everything needed to do so. The beds were very comfortable. My son caught quite a few fish from the pier. Adriana was a wonderful host and responded very quickly to all questions asked during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend staying here!

Pros and Cons: Pros: great space for our dogs (they loved it). Also well stocked overall--plates bowls cooking body soaps and shampoos if you need them etc. Plenty of extra towels sheets blankets. All the things others don’t put in their rentals. Cons: A tad humid and damp in the house. Could use a dehumidifier to make it more comfortable since it is an older place and struggles a bit when it’s really hot. A tad far from the closest anything. First gas station is minimum 15minutes and everything else is 7 minutes more at least. Beach with traffic is 30 minutes at best. And as a couple other reviewers mentioned: Please removed just a little bit of the decorations. It was hard to “see” our stuff and move around at times because there were just too many “things” around. We had trouble finding counter space to lay out what we wanted to use. Too many chairs also.

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip - boat slip, near SPI, pet friendly, deck to fish on, and a public boat dock at the end of the road. The pad looked liked the photos online, so no disappointments there. It had quality items in the kitchen - cookware, real plates, silverware, and glassware. None of those cheap appliances and plastic plates. We like to cook and make cocktails, so a blender, colander, and an outdoor grill would be appreciated. But not a deal breaker. We baked, roasted and pan-fried and was good. The master bath was huge with a tub, although the shower stall was a bit tight and challenging for my 6'4" husband. If I needed to write a downside, it'll probably be lugging bags and groceries up the stairs. But it did give us a workout and on the second day, our leg muscles were pretty used to the climb. LOL. The area was quiet, private, and we felt safe. It had ample parking for our trailer and truck, and another vehicle in front. Tim & Vanessa are great hosts.

Staying at Daniel’s place was an absolute pleasure! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. Daniel was a fantastic host: communicative, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. He even provided local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. We loved our stay at this cozy beach Airbnb, and so did our pups! From the moment we booked, the host was very communicative and responsive. The house was easy find and access, and best of all, only a short walk from the beach! The host provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, grocery / convenience stores, as well as beach rentals / activities. The house was clean with well stocked bathrooms and kitchen, including plenty of dish soap / cleaning supplies, body wash, shampoo / conditioner, and even extra individually wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste. The AC unit worked well to cool the house, and the dogs loved cooling off on the tiled floors after a day at the beach. If you have pets, want to be close to the beach, and require a backyard, this place is a no brainer!

awesome place, and a wonderful location. my wife and I loved that the community was gated, private, and everyone we met was super friendly, we didn't want to stay on Padre Island because we like to sleep at night lol. so Jacob's place was in an absolute perfect location, quiet, peaceful, and very private. Highly recommend His place there on port Isabelle. 10 minutes from Walmart & HEB, and 10 minutes from Padre Island... we will definitely be back...

This stay was awesome! Inside the home was very clean and accommodating from the master bedroom and bath, to the full sized dinner table. The huge outdoor porch overlooking the water with comfy furniture to relax and enjoy the views. The location is also great to experience the island as well as port Isabel. The hosts are super friendly and responsive, friendly neighbors too! Thank you for allowing us to stay!! We really enjoyed your home!

The house was a perfect distance from the Island. Host responds fast and is very clear on instructions. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Valeria’s place was beyond perfect for our vacation! It was beautiful inside and just walking distance from the beach! We even got to experience a space X rocket launch! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Everything in the house was beautiful and incredibly clean. We really appreciated the beach chairs and other beach gear available for us to use it made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was also well-stocked with both beach and shower towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location couldn’t have been better just a short 13-minute walk to the grocery store and nearby shops, and only about 5 minutes to the beach. Plus, the house is conveniently situated between two beach access points, which made getting to the water super easy.
