Just a short drive to South Padre Island beaches, food and attractions. Has 3 beds and an air mattress, giving options for the whole group to enjoy. Spacious living room/kitchen open layout for entertaining. Equipped kitchen and grill along with great local restaurants provides many dining options.

It has granite counter tops in the full size kitchen with stove and fridge. The showers have travertine tile and the convenience of washer/dryer. You will have access to the community indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, 18 hole par 3 golf course,miniature golf,pool tables,tennis,basketball courts,shuffle boards,library,gym, and ping pong tables.
