Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Port Isabel

We enjoyed our stay with our two grand kids! Conveniently located to several great restaurants without having to cross the bridge. Would definitely stay again.

This place was as described. We’ll be doing this one again for sure.

Extremely pleased with the place. Was as pictures and description listed. Obvious that the owner maintains and takes pride in the place. We were only 2 people so not having a second bedroom was no issue. Would be tight to have more than 2 people as there would be very limited room to have the sofa bed open. What is lacking in space inside is more than made up for by the beautiful and spacious decks outside. We loved taking the chairs from the upper deck down to the dock area for breakfast or just to sit in the evenings. Emiro responded promptly to a couple of questions upon our arrival. We would DEFINITELY want to book this place again when we return!

Pros and Cons: Pros: great space for our dogs (they loved it). Also well stocked overall--plates bowls cooking body soaps and shampoos if you need them etc. Plenty of extra towels sheets blankets. All the things others don’t put in their rentals. Cons: A tad humid and damp in the house. Could use a dehumidifier to make it more comfortable since it is an older place and struggles a bit when it’s really hot. A tad far from the closest anything. First gas station is minimum 15minutes and everything else is 7 minutes more at least. Beach with traffic is 30 minutes at best. And as a couple other reviewers mentioned: Please removed just a little bit of the decorations. It was hard to “see” our stuff and move around at times because there were just too many “things” around. We had trouble finding counter space to lay out what we wanted to use. Too many chairs also.

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip - boat slip, near SPI, pet friendly, deck to fish on, and a public boat dock at the end of the road. The pad looked liked the photos online, so no disappointments there. It had quality items in the kitchen - cookware, real plates, silverware, and glassware. None of those cheap appliances and plastic plates. We like to cook and make cocktails, so a blender, colander, and an outdoor grill would be appreciated. But not a deal breaker. We baked, roasted and pan-fried and was good. The master bath was huge with a tub, although the shower stall was a bit tight and challenging for my 6'4" husband. If I needed to write a downside, it'll probably be lugging bags and groceries up the stairs. But it did give us a workout and on the second day, our leg muscles were pretty used to the climb. LOL. The area was quiet, private, and we felt safe. It had ample parking for our trailer and truck, and another vehicle in front. Tim & Vanessa are great hosts.

Sergio was great, the place needs different couch and chair, directions for fans and lights, garbage disposal is broken, never did figure out how to reset temperature on refrigerator to keep items from freezing.

Perfect place to stay for our vacation! We loved being right off of the canal. The house is well kept and host we great to work with as well.

We had such an amazing time during our stay. The condo is Close to everything so we didn’t need to drive. The beach was close by and the pool at the location was awesome. Great place for our family trip

We had an incredible experience at Alex's place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and beach toys for our kiddos. The location couldn't be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made our mornings trek to the beach effortless. We loved being so close to the gulf while still having a quiet, peaceful place to return to. Communication with the host was exceptional. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local tips that really enhanced our stay. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so it is available the next time we want to come back. (hahaha) Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely return in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The space was super nice, clean, and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. Mrs Jessica was an amazing host, very kind, helpful, and her response time was incredibly fast. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

My family and I had a great stay over Father's Day weekend. The place is on the first floor so it was easy for us to walk right outside and down to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises every morning! Weekend summer fireworks are easily seen from the property. We would recommend and will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Courtney! She gave great recommendations for restaurants, surfing, and more. She was super responsive when we had questions and gave great advice. The pool and backyard were so beautiful and peaceful. It felt like a little jungle with all the plants, trees, birds. There was an outdoor kitchen and lots of seating areas as well. She provided plenty of towels and blankets for the stay, and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back. 10/10 would recommend a friend! 🌸☀️😎

We took a mini family vacation for Father’s Day weekend. Everyone was amazed how beautiful this place was. We were greeted by amazing staff. Check in was fast . We received our bracelets and were given directions where to go. We all had a wonderful and memorable stay. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the beach which was located walking distance . Rooms were spacious with its own bathroom . What I loved the most was the cleanliness , furniture and plenty of seating. . I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area South Padre Island. Message Jerry to book your next gateway . He quickly responds to any questions . We will definitely be returning to this place on our next trip especially with the excellent value for the price.

We loved everything about this place from the extremely comfortable beds, the bay view and dock perfectly suited for our paddleboarding adventures, and the proximity to the beach, which is about a 10 minute walk. Will definitely recommend!

Condo was just right for our family of 5! Pool was literally right around the corner. Great place for a family. Family friendly pool and beach. Mario our host was always very responsive and kind. Priced reasonably and had the best of both worlds with huge pool and beautiful beach within walking distance. We will be back!

This was a great place to stay. It was close to lots of activities and had everything we needed! Our host left all the info we may require for our stay and we really didn't need to reach out to them for anything as it was all already taken care of.

this was my first time renting a airbnb and I’m happy I chose this place, a good 2-3 minutes away to the beach, was super comfortable had some space for me to bring my portable crib for my son, they had some essential as well just in case we forgot I truly appreciate the stay here I have recommended you trying this place and give it a chance for the price it is , it was worth it 🙌🏻

I will happily rebook this Air BnB! Marguerite was very proactive with her communication and the location was perfect with beach access 5 mins away. The biggest thing I appreciated was the shower located on the outside and one in the backyard so we could clean ourselves and our belongings before entering the unit! I also very much appreciated the designated parking and beach towels provided.

Karen and Cesar were great hosts. Thier place was exactly what was advertised and was in a great location. Will definitely stay here again when i come back to visit.

Our 4 day stay was perfect. We had a last minute dad trip with my 2 daughters, and the booking and check in process was very easy and fast. Beautiful beach view, very close to the beach and allowed us to go to the beach and back to the condo with ease . The living room was really nice for movie nights and the sound system made our scary movies even better . All in all it was perfect for us 3 and we will definitely be back on our next trip to south padre island 🙌🏽
