Monthly Rentals in Port Hope

We had a fantastic weekend at Susan's place while attending the Vintage Film Festival in Port Hope. The location is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from town, yet tucked away on a peaceful street. The home is spotless, beautifully furnished, and Susan has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. She’s a friendly and attentive host, but also gives you plenty of privacy. If I could give more than five stars, I would! We’d love to return in the future!

For the first time ever the photos didn’t even do this heavenly abode justice. The volume, the space, the light, the quality of the materials, the evident love of sensuous bespoke touches.. this place has it all.. in fact this place is aspirational. My own home has been in magazines the world around and I still was flabbergasted at the level of luxury. I came for a short weekend to celebrate art and fundraise for the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the Toronto Symphony and the Pelée Island bird sanctuary (I know.. quite the quirky roundup). I had to invite a few friends over just to see the place. One of Canada’s best architects walked into the bathroom and fell back laughing he could not believe his eyes. Neither did the National Art Gallery’s top curator.. and the list goes on as I had taken pictures and were showing them to guests at this party. Jasmine, this apartment is a masterclass, I think you’re pretty amazing, Port Hope is such a jewel and your home is a pearl. We will be back.

Very nice stay, if we are ever in Port Hope again we will be staying here! Close to downtown, and the place is private and well kept! Would recommend!

This was our second stay at Donna's lovely house. The house is comfortable and full of character. It is a great location for visiting with our kids at TCS. Thanks again Donna!
