Beach house vacation rentals in Port Bolivar, Bolivar Peninsula

This is our fifth time staying at Patrick’s house. This stay, like all the others, was a great experience. It’s a perfect location with a great fishing dock. It’s a quiet, peaceful setting and not too far from Galveston. The house is nice and comfortable. Patrick is quick to address any concerns and is always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Crystals place was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating to not only the adults but children as well. I do wish the outside shower was enclosed. But that was just a preference. It was overall a good experience and I will be back.

We had the most amazing stay at this beach house in Crystal Beach, TX! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the deck with that ocean view—unbeatable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We especially loved the outdoor shower, the comfy beds, and how peaceful the neighborhood was. Crystal Beach itself is a hidden gem—laid-back, family-friendly, and full of local charm. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a relaxing coastal escape, this place is it!

Great house steps from the beach. Something to note if traveling with a group the upstairs is a loft and the noise from the kids room upstairs travels. Host was friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues that would make it a nicer stay but overall great for our family getaway.

This beach house was the perfect stay for our summer family get away! Plenty of space for entertaining in then kitchen, living room and dining room! This location is right in the beach so it was easy to go back and forth for snacks, drinks and restroom breaks. The host Levi was so kind and accommodating. He made sure our stay was absolutely smooth!

This was our second time staying at Casa Courageous, and we will be back! It’s comfortable and roomy, with all of the comforts of home. We traveled with young children, who felt right at home. We were grateful for fun bunk beds, books, and kid friendly spaces. The house is a short walk to the beach, and we loved seeing cranes and pelicans fly overhead. Looking forward to our next trip already!

Michelle was a terrific host, always responded immediately to any questions about the house or dining suggestions. Lots of toys to use at the beach. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back for another vacation.

The house was very clean and really felt like home. All of the neighbors are friendly. The restaurant on site has great food. It was great to have a park and pool for the kids and redfish were caught strait from the dock. Our family would definitely stay again third time!

We went to Matt’s place with another family and we had a wonderful stay! We had 3 kids between us. The bunk room for the kids was great. Lots of room for our families and the beds were comfortable. We loved how easily accessible the beach was from the house. Matt provides a wagon, sand toys and chairs which was greatly appreciated. He was also proactive and communicative very well. We also enjoyed having access to the pools. We will definitely stay there again!

We booked last minute and it was ready to go. Such a fun spot! They were very gracious hosts. The kids loved the ping pong and the Cowboy Pool. Jessica was responsive and very helpful. We would love to stay again!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this home and it’s such a good spot for our group. The host is always on top of anything we need and the location is great and safe for our families.

Excellent stay-we rent a beach house for our five sons and families every summer-this was the best. Very responsive, attentive host. Very accommodating. Complete kitchen with large pots and skillets for a large group-especially appreciated the griddle and crock pot. Plenty of silverware, dishes, and cups for a large group. Plenty of towels-not just bath, but also beach towels! Great location-just walk across the street to the beach. Loved the beach toys for the kids and even a rake for the seaweed. Three bathrooms AND an outdoor shower! Two downstairs bedrooms were great for one son with a disability and one couple needing quiet from the baby. Lots of games to play and even books to read. Parking was amazing- driveway makes it so no one was boxed in. We really recommend Lucky's Lookout.

Sam was a great host. His home is everything he descrit to be. I would highly recommend this home for your beach vacation.

We had 12 people and everyone slept comfortably. Parking is a little tight, but we were warned about that. All in all a great stay !

Super relaxing, Very spacious and great for the price! It had absolutely everything I could think of, and all the local stores were great! The restaurant across the waterway at the marina is super close and has wonderful food too!!

Great time in Galveston

We had a large group heading for a cruise, and teens who wanted to watch the Thunder basketball game, and alllll of us were pleased. Comfy beds, room for all to relax with or without people. Room for all to sit and eat. We’d stay here again!
