Vacation rentals with beach access in Port Aransas

The condo was very comfortable and accommodating for our stay. We were close to our friends who we were meeting from our time in the military for a wedding. We were able to get together with ease. I look forward to returning to this home again and being so close to so many great places and the beach!

Meagan was so helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Her condo was very clean and the amenities were incredible. Such a short walk to everything you need. A great stay for our anniversary.

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

I would book again! You can’t beat this place's location —a short walk to the beach is hard to beat. Not to mention the cleanliness, amenities, and full transparency with detailed instructions. Forgot a few items for your time at the beach? This place has you covered. A true five-star experience.

Evan and his place are great! Evan is very friendly, responds quickly, and is very accommodating. The home is beautiful and only ~5 min from the beach. Beds and couch are comfortable. There are dishes, washer & dryer with soap, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Evan!

This is our second year here. Over the years we have stayed at several other condos at Port A, but once we found this place we will NEVER go anywhere else. Where to start...definitely a 5-star location. The Mayan Princess is a fantastic place to stay, relax, enjoy. Their three pools are the best on the beach, and we have stayed at several other places over the years. It is a smaller condo building which means small crowds, laid back atmosphere, just relaxing. The beach is very close and very clean. So....the condo itself...very nice and high end. This is not your usual place to stay. Jana provides EVERYTHING. The place is upscale and clean (my wife's reqirements). The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and include a private balcony off the master bedroom (big room with a couch and still room to spare....so a balcony on both floors!!! The master bathroom/bathroom is HUGE, upscale, clean, roomy. Every detail has beed taken care of. Jana is a SUPERHOST and this is a SUPER CONDO!!!

This property is in a great location, easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and Mustang Island. The property was easy to find and very clean. Katlyn’s home is very clean and well taken care of. She was very friendly and easy to work with. The property had a nice pool to enjoy with the family. I’d highly recommend this place to have fun if you’re looking for beach access and good times with your family.

Beautiful home, golf cart is a major bonus. Pool was a great hit with the kids, warmer for the pool works wonderfully as well. Lots of beach/pool toys in the garage to use. Having a washer and dryer at the home was huge for us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting an “at home” feel, but at the same time feel like you’re on a paradise vacation.

We would definitely stay here again! All in all everything was great, quiet neighborhood but not far at all from the amenities, shops and beach! Very communicative host, he’ll make sure to take care of you!

Beautiful, new, well decorated, and clean home! Everything is provided except beach towels. The home is within walking distance of the grocery store and about a 15 min walk to the beach. It was our first time to Port A, and we loved the warm, soft waves with close parking. Unfortunately, a few of the kids got stung by jellyfish, which is the only thing negative about any of these TX beaches. But we didn't have any problems with tar balls this summer as we did last summer at South Padre. We paid an extra $50 per day to heat the jacuzzi size pool (think square instead of rectangle bc one end is very shallow that's not swimmable but more for sitting) in the backyard, and it was very nice warm water after our beach outings. Tina was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She left us a nice welcome gift basket of treats (chocolate, gummy bears, pack of mini cookies, trail mix, water, wine bottle), which was a nice surprise. You couldn't get a better host!

My family and I had an amazing stay for Easter 2025, it was a great location. The pool was a family favorite and the heat helped very much as there were high winds one of the nights. I’m pleased with the kitchen and dinning area, everything was family friendly and communal. I definitely recommend this place!

This house is located in a great spot. With adult beverages across the street and coffee around the corner. What else could you ask for? Oh a beach? It’s just a few blocks away. Rent a golf cart and go have fun.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Port Aransas! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand every day. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, with great local spots nearby. The house itself is spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The beds were especially cozy—we all slept great! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway.

This was our second stay at Jonathan’s house. The house is so spacious and has a home feel to it! The kitchen is my absolute favorite part of the house. So great to gather in the kitchen cooking as a family with plenty of space to all work together. We also enjoyed the pool area. The adults can relax in the water while the littles swim with the grill going! The host is always very quick at responding and making sure that we have everything we need for our stay. Don’t question it just book this house for your next trip! ❤️ We will definitely be booking this house for our next beach trip.

Very cute place, 3rd floor but has an elevator, listened to music on the balcony, all appliances were good. Never heard the neighbors. Bring your own shampoo, body soap and wine opener. Outside pool is great. Grounds are well maintained and folks are really friendly. Not a new complex, kinda a maze but certainly does not detract from enjoying our stay. Super close to everything- fishing, swiming and fiun! Oh, they unit has a dvd player so you can bring an old movie to watch too ! Unit is good for 2 people.

I've stayed here 3 times already and it feels like our home away from home. We love this place, perfect for families. Well stocked. responsive host. We had an issue with the stove and he sent his nephew who was incredibly sweet and great at fixing the issue. We love this spot and look forward to staying again.

Another great stay! Can’t beat the location! We love being able to walk right to the beach. Host responded right away with an immediate solution when there was a minor mix up (no parking pass).

Tami and Kyle were wonderful hosts, in every capacity! Beautiful condo in a quiet and secluded area, and only about a 2 block walk down to an excellent beach! They thought of every amenity and convenience you might ever need from beach toys, and a wagon, to bbq utensils, beach towels, spices, etc. so glad we had the opportunity to stay here and we would gladly do so again! Highly recommend!

Super homey and cute as well as clean ! Everything we needed was there and we had a great time staying here, it is very close to the beach and town. I honestly loved this place a lot especially for a stay with friends !!

Amber’s Place Beachfront Condo was great. A beautiful location, the Condo was very well kept and spotless. The beds were all comfortable. Having a nice view to wake up to every morning was wonderful. The host Lori was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The resort itself is currently undergoing some renovations but had no impact on our stay and everything including both pools were still accessible. The location cannot be beat being right on North Beach in Corpus the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium were less than a mile and tons of lil shops and beach side restaurants and bars in walking distance. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We loved our stay here and decided it will be the place we’ll check first when looking to visit North Padre Island. Everything was as described, and Colleen was great with communication as needed. The condo itself was very cute and comfortable, and the nice welcome gift was a sweet surprise! The location is ideal as it’s very convenient when going back and forth to the beach, and we loved the big windows and view of the beach while inside. Sitting outside in the lounge chairs was also very enjoyable, especially in the morning with coffee. Even though it’s part of a small set of beachside condos, it still felt private. We traveled with our dog, and I really appreciated the fact that there was not a separate pet fee AND Colleen has done such a great job with making sure pet owners have small bags for pet waste pick-up, a faucet/hose outside to clean pets (and feet), and towels for your dog too. We felt so at ease here and will definitely stay again!
