Waterfront vacation rentals in Port Aransas

This was the perfect home to getaway for a weekend trip with the family. House shown was exactly as listed. Pool was in walking distance from home and beach was 9 minutes from home. Great location and beautiful views.

Judy’s place was nice and comfortable. It was so nice sitting by the water and having some quiet/peaceful time. Would definitely stay again!!

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

always a great stay! this was our second or 3rd time here. perfect for a small family or friends for a beach hangout. the beach is just a minute away! golfcart rentals right across the way. my ONLY qualm is that the beds aren't super comfy. the mattress was sinking into the middle and the sofa bed had a metal bar running across it. that is a small price to pay though, I will continue to rent this spot from John. hes friendly and works with you! love this gem and we will definitely be back!!

You’ve created a truly welcoming space, and I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. One of the highlights of my time there was definitely the chance to go fishing. Being so close to the water made it incredibly easy to enjoy early morning and late afternoon trips—it was peaceful, refreshing, and exactly what we needed to disconnect for a bit. The location was ideal as well. Having shops, restaurants, and everything else so close by made the trip convenient. Thank you again for your kind hospitality. Evan and his place are great! Evan is very friendly, responds quickly, and is very accommodating. The home is beautiful and only ~5 min from the beach. Beds and couch are comfortable. There are dishes, washer & dryer with soap, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Evan!

This is our second year here. Over the years we have stayed at several other condos at Port A, but once we found this place we will NEVER go anywhere else. Where to start...definitely a 5-star location. The Mayan Princess is a fantastic place to stay, relax, enjoy. Their three pools are the best on the beach, and we have stayed at several other places over the years. It is a smaller condo building which means small crowds, laid back atmosphere, just relaxing. The beach is very close and very clean. So....the condo itself...very nice and high end. This is not your usual place to stay. Jana provides EVERYTHING. The place is upscale and clean (my wife's reqirements). The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and include a private balcony off the master bedroom (big room with a couch and still room to spare....so a balcony on both floors!!! The master bathroom/bathroom is HUGE, upscale, clean, roomy. Every detail has beed taken care of. Jana is a SUPERHOST and this is a SUPER CONDO!!!

This property is in a great location, easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and Mustang Island. The property was easy to find and very clean. Katlyn’s home is very clean and well taken care of. She was very friendly and easy to work with. The property had a nice pool to enjoy with the family. I’d highly recommend this place to have fun if you’re looking for beach access and good times with your family.

This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful home. We feel right at home here. The owners go above and beyond to help with any concerns we had. This home had plenty of room to spread out, bathroom and TV in every bedroom. Brand new hot tub and kitchen appliances, plus cold AC. This is a 5 star rental. Thank you Hope. Well, let’s start with… I locked us out!!! I’m telling you my luck! Tanya was there for the rescue! She had a good laugh out of it as much as I did! We absolutely loved the place! So homey and cozy! And she makes the best iced coffee!!! We will most definitely be adding her place to one of our go to homes! Next time we will stay a little longer!!! Thank you Tanya! We already love you!

Worth every penny! The pictures don't do the kitchen area justice for how large and open it is. It was absolutely perfect for snacks and game nights. The view from the wrap around porch is so serene, perfect for morning coffee. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet, and at one point we had the community pool all to ourselves. The beach is very close, within walking distance but the golf cart was an added bonus. Also, the AC works incredibly well for those who like to kick it down a couple of degrees before bedtime.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Port Aransas! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand every day. The house was beautiful and just as described! The pool was amazing and relaxing. We caught a couple undersized reds and black drum from the pier at night! 10 out of 10 would recommend this house for a relaxing vacation!

Was a wonderful stay for our Honeymoon! Whatever we needed they were quick with responses and action. The beach home was cozy, quiet,clean, and safe. We really loved the balcony area, wake up to a beautiful sunrise and end your day with a beautiful sunset. We normally have a hard time sleeping in a bed that isn’t our own… but we slept like babies every night. By the way everything was a close drive. We will be back!

Very cute place, 3rd floor but has an elevator, listened to music on the balcony, all appliances were good. Never heard the neighbors. Bring your own shampoo, body soap and wine opener. Outside pool is great. Grounds are well maintained and folks are really friendly. Not a new complex, kinda a maze but certainly does not detract from enjoying our stay. Super close to everything- fishing, swiming and fiun! Oh, they unit has a dvd player so you can bring an old movie to watch too ! Unit is good for 2 people.

This is the 4th time my family and I have stayed here. Not only is it comfortable but it’s convenient! We Love this place!

My husband and I have stayed at this complex (different owner/unit) a few times. The location is ideal. The Erin in particular is beautifully located overlooking the lake. It was the perfect place for us while visiting family. It was extremely clean and filled with every amenity you could need. Marilyn was a gracious and kind host. We hope to return soon for a longer stay. I highly recommend The Erin to everyone. Amy

Another great stay! Can’t beat the location! We love being able to walk right to the beach. Host responded right away with an immediate solution when there was a minor mix up (no parking pass).

Amber’s Place Beachfront Condo was great. A beautiful location, the Condo was very well kept and spotless. The beds were all comfortable. Having a nice view to wake up to every morning was wonderful. The host Lori was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The resort itself is currently undergoing some renovations but had no impact on our stay and everything including both pools were still accessible. The location cannot be beat being right on North Beach in Corpus the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium were less than a mile and tons of lil shops and beach side restaurants and bars in walking distance. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Stay was nice. Would book again. Price good, hard to find reasonable pricing unless you’re going during the week and then there is not a whole lot of places open. Which is ok with me but would like 3 day stay during week at same reasonable price.

I have been coming to North Padre for about 10 years but never stayed on the island before. This condo is absolutely perfect, great location, great host, everything i needed for a fantastic visit. You will love staying here, what are you waiting for?
