Thank you, Nello! We had a great time in Guia... the place was very clean, we rarely saw it like that before. The laundry smelled great, the kitchen was equipped for really all needs, the entire apartment shone, everything was available for a small fine breakfast, the mobile air conditioner did what it should and the view from the balcony to the vineyards was simply fantastic. Everything was just right, Nello was always available and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

This was our second time staying here; it was like going home as we used to live in the village while stationed at Aviano. Was able to see all the wonderful neighbors we have while living there. As always, the host was exceptional and gracious.

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at Erika’s home. She is one of the best hosts I’ve felt with on Airbnb; extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The property is beautiful and the location offers plenty of privacy. The home is comfortable and offers everything you need for both a long and short stay. While San Martino is a small town, everything we needed was within a 10min drive so it was perfect as a central hub for our travels. Advice for future guests: if anyone in your group is over 6ft tall (1.8m) I suggest staying in the middle bedroom, as the bed frame in the far bedroom (master) limits the length and is only comfortable for people under that height. My family and I would absolutely stay here again, in fact it would be my first option for future trips.

Very stylishly furnished apartment with a new bathroom and balcony. Kitchen as described and in great condition. Garage safe parking space for the bikes. Quiet location, just outside the city center. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. I would gladly come back.

Lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped. Overhead shower head in en-suite not working. Air conditioning in living area only. At night windows had to be open in bedrooms - mosquito repelllant plug-ins provided essential. Very early (05.00hrs) noise from workmen on the canals below. All part of the charm and character of Venice! Would book again and recommend to friends.

What truly sets this stay apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by Ilaria. In over a decade of using Airbnb, I’ve never experienced such warm, professional, and attentive hosting. Her local recommendations were spot-on, and she went above and beyond by arranging private water taxis to and from the train station—an absolute game-changer, especially with young kids in tow. We will absolutely be back and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Venice. Highly, highly recommend.

The apartment is part of a quiet condominium complex located in the center of Refrontolo, it is clean and tidy, the space is suitable for two people, full of accessories and comfort. It has a reserved parking space indoors. Nearby you can admire wonderful views of green hills and visit countless prosecco wineries. Really a lovely stay. Incredible the number of attentions for guests. If you forgot anything, Sara thought of it for you (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, care and maintenance products, toys for children, maps, tourist documentation, etc.) Very close to the bus stop for Venice. Restaurants and grocery store just around the corner. And above all, admirable hosts of nameless kindness. We recommend it 120%. We'll be back!

One can see why Francesca is a superhost. She is an excellent communicator on all levels and is also a warm and gracious person. The apartment was everything that you could hope for— peaceful and quiet and yet in the center of the historic area; spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and everything in the kitchen was perfect. One side had a view of the river and the other side a small square, where we enjoyed watching the locals come and go about their daily lives. As one reviewer stated, it was like staying in an upscale boutique hotel without the high prices. Treviso is a beautiful city and is very walkable, especially without the ups and downs of hills that are so common in some of our other favorite Italian towns. We stayed for a week and in spite of a lot of rain, we loved every minute of it. Thank you, Francesca.

We had a great few days at this AirBnB! It is quiet and private, but just a 3-4min walk from the busy streets. Paolo is a phenomenal host! He recommended local activities, eateries, and was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Venice!

The Ca’ Manzoni apartment was a great place to stay for our four nights in Venice! The decor was very Venetian and extremely elegant, and it was a relaxing space to come ‘home to’ after hectic days spent amongst the Venice summer tourists. The location was very central - which was wonderful. We lovedlistening to classical the music from the nearby music school. Our host was extremely communicative and gave us lots of advice and tips for things to do around the city. We’d highly recommend this AirBnB to other travellers!

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

We loved the apartment, the natural light during the day and the balcony like a garden. Well designed and spacious. Contemporary design furniture, minimal kitchen. It could be our home! Walking distance to the city center but better take the tram. Secure parking in the courtyard for our car with easy access. Fabiola and Guido who accepted us and explained everything are very communicative.
