Self check-in. Clean and well-decorated accommodation. Lots of practical little things: sugar, salt, coffee capsules for the Dolce Gusto machine provided. Easy communication with the host. Very quiet accommodation and a little extra with the terrace. Recommended.

Mr. QUESNEL is a welcoming, friendly and respectful host. He informed us about the different shops and festivities nearby. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and very pleasant to stay in. We had a great time with the family. A stay to be repeated without hesitation.

We booked this property at short notice for 3 nights and were not disappointed. Location wise for us it was perfect as we wanted to visit certain areas that we had links to on the Normandy beaches. Everything was perfect and perfectly organized by Florence. Thank you for that :-) Communication went smoothly. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. I haven't found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I couldn't park in the residence parking lot. I understood that a private parking space was available. Thank you so much for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the magnificent terrace :-)

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Milene’s place. It was so clean, just as pictured, plenty of coffee, comfortable beds. We could not have found a better place to stay. Conveniently and centrally located with great restaurants and attractions nearby. I would totally recommend!!

What's the best way to describe feeling like a princess in an Airbnb accommodation?🥰 Built in 1899, Villa La Sapinière is quietly located close to the beach. Anne had already sent us detailed information about the exact location of the apartment before our arrival. There was also a useful manual in the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, a very pleasant scent immediately entered our noses and the hand soap also smelled very good. For our dog, a towel was available under the stairs in the entrance area, which we greatly appreciated, as it had just rained heavily. Orange juice and water were waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment is a beautiful, bright studio with perfectly coordinated, very tasteful furnishings. Everything was immaculately clean and the bedroom with the carpet was incredibly cozy. We look forward to our next stay there. Thank you❤, Anne!

Great stay of a few days in this studio ideally located by the sea! Clean and functional, only small downside for sound insulation from neighbors as indicated in the listing, but nothing really disturbing. Recommended!

David's place is great! The quiet, stunning sea views, sunset from the "veranda terrace", a location 20 minutes from Caen that allows you to enjoy the city, countryside and seaside! What else can I say? An available host, and finally, a nice decor that adds charm to this romantic weekend on the beaches of Normandy! You can rent without so much as a second thought!
