A very well-maintained, clean and stylishly furnished apartment with really everything you need. Lidia has thought of everything to make her guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Because of the nearby railway line, earplugs (Ohropax) are available. The route from Google Maps sent us to the wrong end of the road, but Lidia immediately helped with advice on where exactly we needed to go. To get to Bologna we used the bus, whose stop is just 3 minutes from the apartment. Here, too, Lidia provided a comprehensively prepared paper to help you find your way around faster. Highly recommended!

Nice and well-kept apartment equipped with everything you need for a good stay. The house is in an area close to the historic center, easily accessible by bus (stop 50 meters from the house) and the slopes of the hills. In the neighborhood there is everything, various shops, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. in the immediate vicinity there is also a coop shopping center. From San Ruffillo station (100 m. from the house) you can reach Bologna central station in 7 minutes.

Nice cottage, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Super practical self check-in, as well as the demo video, really super easy! Very comfortable bed and the area is very quiet, with a shopping center a stone's throw away and a train stop just a little further... Close to the entrance of the ring road/ highway, so practical if you are traveling by car. Thank you Giacomo for your courtesy and kindness!

The apartment is large, and very clean. Has a spacious and beautiful roof terrace, and has its own parking lot There is a supermarket around the corner, and perfect connection with the bus everywhere. By bus, you will be in the middle of the old town of Bologna in 20 minutes. The apartment has everything to make guests as comfortable as possible. The host, Pasquale, is particularly nice and polite, and speaks fluent English. He responds quickly, and has made a handy book with all kinds of tips, answers and questions, so that we immediately knew our way around Bologna. We had a great vacation there, and I recommend this accommodation to everyone right away.
