L' accogliente casa di Tiziano

La casa si trova a 2 km dal centro di Camaiore, a 10 km dal mare, 30/40 minuti da Lucca e Pisa, 15 minuti da Pietrasanta. L'appartamento è una parte della casa completamente ristrutturato con vista sul Monte Prana, si affaccia su un porticato e un giardino con piscina immerso nel verde. Io abito nell'altra parte della casa e sarò sempre a disposizione per qualunque evenienza. Usufruisco solamente dell'ingresso al garage.

Le Casigliane,l'antico nome di questa corte.

Bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto,angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi ) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
