Monthly Rentals in Ponteginori

An adorable flat in the absolutely gorgeous town of Montescudaio, on top of the mountain. The view out the bedroom window is truly breathtaking. Alberto was so kind to pick me up from the train station and drive me up the hill on my arrival. The home is seconds away from the bus stop which runs from around 7am to 7pm (outside of those times it is about €30 to taxi up or down the mountain to the train station in the town of Cecina). You can find the basics that you’ll need right in the town itself, but the larger grocery store is down the hill in Cecina. It’s an easy train ride to Pisa (about an hour), Firenze (about 2hr), and even Venice and Rome are only about 4hr by train. Alberto was very proactive about recommendations and responding to questions. Would absolutely stay again the next time I visit Tuscany!

Great location right in the centre. Driving there was ok - outside the ZTL times you can drive right up to the property and park until the morning. Aldo was great at helping with this and advising where to park during the day if required. There is an amazing restaurant 2mins walk from the apartment overlooking the Tuscan hills.

We had a great stay. Cleanliness, nice environment, beautiful sunsets, friendly and helpful Rosanna😊. We paid extra for air conditioning and did not regret it. We also appreciate a sweet welcome. Watch out for the driveway, you have to drive really slowly so you don't destroy your car. During our stay, there were a lot of annoying insects on the property, but we warned the owner when we left. At night, some animal walked around the accommodation and the dogs barked a lot because of it. But even that is beyond the owner's control. Overall, we rate the stay very positively and can highly recommend it.

Ziza‘s place is absolutely beautiful, simple yet elegant in a beautiful old building and sparkling clean. It was the perfect spot to explore Tuscany. Highly recommended.
