Of course! Here is the revised version with the addition to the environment and the desire to come back: ⸻ Located in a quiet, idyllic area, it is perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was friendly and straightforward at all times – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants – a really nice, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

We loved our airbnb! Antonella is a top host! She gave us nice tips and was very accessible. The location was very good, we visited many nice cities/towns and Colle di Val d'Elsa is beautiful and has very friendly locals 🤩😍

Lovely little place, super location with everything you need for a pleasant visit. Nice roof garden to sit and dream. Clean and well looked after. Many thanks - also a short walk to the tower.

We found the house amazing. In the village there is a bar with terrace and a shop that opens a few hours a day. The people were really very friendly after introducing ourselves. The wifi in the house is limited, as mentioned in the description. We used a hotspot from our phone data to attend meetings.

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

Giulio and the villa were wonderful. The villa is just gorgeous, very Tuscan and secluded, beautifully located and incredibly peaceful. It was lovely to have a couple of other families around during the week and Giulio was always available either in person or on Whats App. Up in the hills, the stay is no more than 20 minutes in the car to a decent supermarket, and maybe 5 minutes from the local village which had most of the essentials. We visited Siena, San Gimignano, Casole D’elsa and some other places, all easily reachable from the villa. The weather was gorgeous, our daughter loved the on site donkey and horse and cat and any other local animals 😁 We will certainly be back - a wonderful place for a family escape, we might bring friends or family next time too! We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

We were greeted in this paradise by Silvia and Giacomo who proved to be two excellent hosts. Kind, efficient, helpful, and attentive! The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, a relaxing place for body and soul. One windy day, acacia flowers rained from the sky. I even got excited. We'll be back!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Beautiful, and peaceful…just the singing of swallows in the morning. Everything you want to wake up to in the morning….a beautiful view, the option of a morning swim, and a baker who delivers. I’d advise getting up with the sunrise and sitting on the terrace with your coffee, the birds and the mountains. Francesca is super flexible and helpful for everything. It’s a few minutes drive from Barga which, although is small, has several excellent restaurants

Beautiful little town. It felt like an experience of living in a medieval village - but with wifi. We enjoyed wine on the patio with views of the countryside. We were surprised by mosquitoes in October, but that speaks to their warmer weather and recent rain events. We had a nice time at the farmers market and were happy to be able to prepare the fresh mushrooms at =home in the well equipped kitchen.

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

The renovated church was incredibly interesting and I was fascinated by its long history. The church is nestled within a tranquil olive grove which made it easy to relax and disconnect from the stressors of the big city. Roberto was absolutely incredible and I cannot give higher praise—he is truly the standard when it comes to hosts. He was attentive, responsive to any issues, and helpful to solve any difficulties that we had with travel arrangements. It’s easy to see why this property is in such high demand. It was my first time staying in Tuscany and Roberto’s church is already calling me back for another stay! Most highly recommended.

We used the apartment as a family with two small children as a stopover for three nights. The location is great for trips to Pisa or Livorno. It is not a typical tourist town, but we found it pleasant.

Casa Caterina is a magical & mystical time capsule, you will feel enriched by the views and its walls. It will have everything you need to lead a simple, wholesome life while there. The host Caterina couldn’t have been more helpful, recommending her friends’ beautiful restaurant (Buca di Baldabo) as well helping us get the stove going after a glass of wine when we couldn’t understand the screen’s language. You will leave feeling revived and whole, an incredible place! Thank you so much!

Stefano and his wife are polite, friendly, always present and ready to help but with discretion. The house is very clean and cozy, full of all the amenities that make you feel at home. There is a small garden where I could have breakfast and it was a beautiful stay that I would gladly do again. Beautiful experience
