Situato in prossimità del centro storico è ideale per un gradevole soggiorno a Perugia e per vivere l'atmosfera del centro spostandosi comodamente a piedi. Appartamento luminoso e silenzioso, si trova al pian terreno di una bella palazzina storica degli anni 30, che mantiene inalterate le sue originali caratteristiche architettoniche. Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un soggiorno aperto sulla cucina ed un bagno. Un piccolo spazio esterno, fronte fiori, consente piccoli momenti di relax.

Luminoso bilocale al primo piano nato dalla restaurazione di un'antica abitazione che abbina modernità e antichità creando uno spazio rilassante e romantico Circondato da monumenti e monasteri potrai sentire l'illusione di fare un viaggio nel passato e allo stesso tempo rimanere collegato al presente e alla vita mondana e vivace dell'università e dei ristoranti/ locali A 10 min camminando dalla piazza centrale. Vicino a parcheggi gratuiti e alla fermata bus proveniente dalla stazione dei treni.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
