Excellent stay in Silvia's beautiful and spacious apartment, also equipped with all the useful amenities. Silvia was extremely welcoming and adapted to our check-in time. If we come back to Aquapendente, we'll come back to Silvia's.

We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We had a very nice time there. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. Great place. The flat was clean and comfortable and the location is really lovely, right by the beautiful San Filippo thermal springs, in a lovely village with good restaurants. The views from the flat are beautiful.

I highly recommend this place to people looking for peace and quiet. The apartments are well-equipped, with everything you need (even for cooking!). We took the apartment from the street, but we didn't mind (it's still on the first floor with a terrace and from the garden) because there is a maximum of one car per day on the street, and at night there are beautiful views of the sky. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the price, you have to pay extra for it. Great pool with sunbathing areas, tables, there are also tables in the shade. If you need to do laundry - no problem, they provide a washing machine. There are not many places to walk, sightseeing involves a trip to the nearest cities, but there is an amazing, family-owned restaurant (La dogana) on the same street that I recommend to use!
