Located in Maceió, on Ponta Verde Beach, the property is 300 meters from the beach, a 5-minute walk and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodation features a full bedroom with a double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobes, and two mattresses. Living room with smart TV, sofa and table. Bathroom with shower and cabinets.
