The apartment is beautiful, very new and comfortable. Amazing facilities and pools. We went with a baby and it was the best choice, because we had the privacy of having a separate bedroom, so while he was sleeping in the bedroom, we could do other things in the living room and kitchen. My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

Carolina is always attentive..Francisco un Genio giving us her attention...just the detail of the street..there is something to get in the truck or 4 x 4 .. they are about to asphalt..the day that that happens will be the perfect place to enjoy a paradise vacation

I had a wonderful stay at Noé's house! Cozy, spacious and super-equipped house. My husband and I spent a lot of time in the outdoor leisure area as it is super private and with a SPECTACULAR view to see the sunset!

The house is impeccable! All clean, organized, not to mention how much we were in love with the decor! The hostess was present at all times, even before the arrival at the place. He gave me several tips and was always very proactive. The sure thing I have is that if I go back to town, I'll be staying in the same house. Completely in love!!

- Structure: I went on rainy days, which ended up compromising some things. Two air conditioners were not working, but we requested repair and the next day it was resolved. The water supply pump also burned out, we were without water for a few hours, but we managed to get by until the repair. - Cleanliness/comfort: the house is even better than in the photos, very spacious, comfortable, new furniture, cleanliness was impeccable, new and fragrant bedding. - In the kitchen: we missed some utensils such as a grill/sandwich maker, some pots for food storage in the refrigerator and an oven. - External environment: the property has a view and access to the sea, however there is a lagoon that flows into the sea, and in the rainy season it ended up dirtying the water, becoming muddy and full of algae, leaving us unable to bathe in front of the house, but I believe that in the summer it is conducive to bathing there. The hostess requests, we will definitely return on sunny days.

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, everything extremely clean and well maintained. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark, which I particularly like a lot, good beds and pillows, large closets, clean and spacious bathrooms, full kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It is a little further away from tourist attractions such as the fair, photo spots, busier kiosks and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive won't solve.

Wonderful place. Exactly clean, Mirella left coffee, sugar, cookies and other things that were very useful to us. Only the mattresses weren't so good. I recommend it.
