Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances. No smoking inside the apartment. The apartment has no safety nets on the windows.

Very cozy apartment, located in the best neighborhood of Maceió. Located 200m from the beach, close to excellent bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and shopping. The building has: free parking (but rotating), swimming pool, gym, games room, gourmet space, home office, sauna and jacuzzi (sauna and jacuzzi, pay a fee by appointment). The App. it is located on the 13th floor, just one floor above the leisure area (which does not interfere with the silence of the room).
