Monthly Rentals in Ponta Delgada

This is our second time renting from Miguel and it was fantastic again. The space is perfectly located in downtown Ponta Delgada. There are countless restaurants surrounding the area. The space is clean and spacious and Miguel is suburb! Accommodating and attentive! We will be back!

The home was exactly as described and provided us a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay for the week. We were pleasantly surprised that the space was even bigger than depicted in the photos and the accommodation had plenty of kitchen items for us to use (including a panini press). Checkin with Lucia's mom was very pleasant, she even gave us some home made dessert which was incredibly kind of her. I highly recommend this home if you want a quick walk to the beach and a location with easy driving access to anywhere on the island!

Our stay was great! The home is in a quiet neighborhood high on the clift's edge with views of the ocean. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly by. Vasco was super helpful. He sent a long list of activity and restaurant suggestions and we found some unique spots thanks to the list! The island is so beautiful! I highly recommend this place and a visit to the island. The locals were friendly. The location of the house was a good location to easily visit any part of the island since it is located in the middle of the island.

Celia was a fantastic host who was very responsive and provided wonderful recommendations on places to visit. The apartment is located in a convenient part of Ponta Delgada. The apartment was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for our cooking needs. Highly recommend this home!
