We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation has everything you need and we felt very comfortable. The host informed us well and was easily accessible. Distance to the center of Piombino on foot about 10 minutes.

Anna's house is very clean, tidy and has everything. Excellent experience even if I only spent one night. Quick check-in and easy communication with Anna who also provided us with breakfast for the next day!!

Perfect location. Spacious and modern apartment. Washing machine & dryer available. Great parking option. Silvio was a great and welcoming host, easy to communicate with and quick to reply. A few things to note : we have 3-year old that likes to run around and that made a downstairs neighbor to come up and complain about the noise at almost 10am. That was not nice. There is no lift. And no toiletries.

Scarlino already enchants with its sea view. If you then stay in this terraced apartment with an open view of the Gulf of Follonica and Elba, then you would never leave. Located at the beginning of the village with convenient parking just a stone's throw away, the accommodation is super organized and equipped. The objects are unique and the furnishings are functional. Cristian provided very clear check-in information before arrival and always responded promptly when (rarely) I needed it. Moreover, detailed instructions and tips for your stay are provided inside, making it almost unnecessary to ask questions. Fast and reliable WiFi. Perfect heating. In short, it doesn't get any better than this. Thanks and see you next time!

Giuliano is an excellent host. We now stayed the second time at his lovely appartment and couldn‘t be happier with our choice. We totally would recommend staying there!

Very convenient and well-equipped apartment, located very close to Punta Ala marina. Great location. Antonia was very nice. The wifi offered by the residence on the other hand is not working well; however, Antonia offered me a solution by lending me a small personal box, which was very useful to me. Very good service and very good communication. In the end, a pleasant stay, a practical and comfortable apartment.

We had a really good time at the Sant'Anna residence. Ideal and quiet location, a little outside the center of Portoferraio, but still a few minutes away by car. Near the residence there is a convenience store, a beach with a discount on the loungers for those staying here, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We also tried the restaurant inside the residence and you can eat very well, medium-high price but good quality products. Booking with Belvilla you have access to the pool included, we only left once but we liked it, large and comfortable, equipped with outdoor loungers and shower (serve the headset). For those who want there is also a bar near the restaurant. Also great covered and free parking on the premises. The room was not very large but equipped with everything you need, as well as the clothesline. The bathtub with the curtain was a little uncomfortable because there was always the risk of getting wet on the floor, nice the outdoor patio to eat out. Staying here was a great choice, I recommend it!

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and we spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote, so if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of space to move around and the sunny days at the pool with stunning views of the sea were beautiful.

We stayed in the beautiful "Casa Conti di Sotto" resort and the experience was really beautiful. The beauty of the surrounding environment is simply enchanting. We had a great stay and the kids had a great time in the pools and playgrounds. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would book it again immediately! It felt like home 🥰 If you want to experience the Dolce Vita with children we recommend Alessia & Guido's place. Everything was clean, games available in the children's room, a pleasant exterior with furniture and a large umbrella essential for lunch outside in the sun. The surroundings and the beautiful city center of Massa Marittima was quickly accessible on foot. In addition, good communication with remote hosts: hassle-free check-in and checkout. The stay on La Concordia was beautiful and we would definitely book the place again! The house is super nice, clean, well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has only topped the large pool and the stunning views! ;-) Senta is a super nice host and took great care of us, the check-in and communication during the stay were straightforward and hospitable! Thanks again to you at this point:) I can fully recommend the accommodation to all people who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, but do not want to do without cooling in the pool and comfort.

The house was as it was listed on AIRBNB, we arrive to the house easily with the help of a person who waited for us at a designated place. The house has a beautiful green area and a great terrace to stay at night when is cooler. The living room is spacious with a dinning table , useful when you don't want to go out. The kitchen is well equiped, has everything you need for a vacation. There is a second floor where the rooms are with a small terrace and a laundry area. The 3 rooms are spacious and clean. There are many windows with mosquito nets to open at night without having to worry about the mosquitos. The only one you can not leave open is the door at the entrance. THe communication with the host was always fast and got a response really fast. It is a very confortable house close to the beach in a safe piazza of PUnta Ala close to everything.

Laura’s flat was lovely - beautifully clean and well furnished but full of Italian character. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The shower was great! The flat is overlooking the main street and very close to all shops, 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the station. This was perfect as it meant we didn't need to hire a car and we made several trips by train, to Pisa, Florence and Cecina, a nearby town which has a beautiful pine forest and quiet beach. Laura met us in person and was really friendly. I didn't want to come home!

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

Barbara's apartment is super nice! The location is great, right in the middle of Massa Marittima and the view of the cathedral is unique! The apartment is very well equipped, well maintained and quiet! The transaction with Carlotta was very pleasant and worked perfectly! Location and views are excellent. For the tranquility and beautiful nature, you are happy to take the gravel road to the property. The apartment and outdoor facilities are very well maintained and appealing. The host team is very friendly and animal-loving. We will be happy to come back again.

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.
