Wonderful place with a kind and thoughtful host! We love Fazana!

We wanted a functional Villa with great facilities for our family of 5, with a pool and that’s exactly what we got. Both the outdoor and indoor kitchens were equipped with everything we needed. The local restaurant recommendations were excellent. Two good mini-marts within easy walking distance if you run out of drinks or snacks. The host was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying the area. The house has beautiful custom craftsmanship, it’s like staying in a piece of artwork. It’s not far from all the main sights but a really peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring. Nikolina went out of her way to answer our many questions and gave us tons of great recommendations. We can’t recommend it enough!

Wir hatten als Freundesgruppe einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist klasse und alles lief reibungslos ab. Der Strand war 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ebenso die Stadt Pula für einen Tagesausflug. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Unser Urlaub war einfach wunderschön. Schon bei der Ankunft verschlug es uns den Atem, weil die Villa traumhaft liegt mit einem grandiosen Blick über die Adria. Einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen! Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen, es war alles so wie beschrieben. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und von jedem Zimmer hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Familienurlaub. Wir werden ihn niemals vergessen!

Adrian hat uns von sich aus einen früheren Check-in angeboten, was sehr praktisch für unsere Anreise war. Die Übergabe ging schnell und unkompliziert vonstatten. Der Außenbereich war super für unsere Gruppe von 8 Leuten, durch die verschiedenen Sitz-/ bzw. Liegegelegenheiten hatte man auch im Außenbereich die Möglichkeit zu etwas Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es fehlten lediglich ein Seifenspender in manchem Badezimmer sowie ein Geschirrtuch in der Küche. Dafür war zum Grillen alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die 2 Wohneinheiten sind baulich getrennt, die größere und besser ausgestattete Hauptküche befindet sich in einem der beiden Baukörper. Das Wasser zum Duschen war vormittags leider noch kalt, darüber konnten wir allerdings hinwegsehen. Mit einem Taxi/Uber kommt man in 5-10 Minuten in die Stadt. Wir waren froh, uns für Adrians Haus entschieden zu haben, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut! Danke nochmals für deine Freundlichkeit & alles Gute Liebe Grüße, Felix

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin und ein fantastisches Urlaubsdomizil. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Anfahrt zur Villa sich etwas schwierig gestaltet hat. Weiterempfehlung 100%.

Schöne Unterkunft, einfache Kommunikation, sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren 13 Personen, die dort unseren Urlaub gemacht haben. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug, es war einfach perfekt! Man kann von dort perfekt mit Uber/Taxi nach Pula fahren. Auch Platz für unsere Mietautos war genug da. Alles in einem war der Urlaub unvergesslich für alle von uns. Auch die Besitzerin vom Haus konnte man immer erreichen und sie hat über alles informiert und war immer hilfsbereit :) Wir würden immer wiederkommen.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the house and pool is beautiful. The house was clean and corresponded to the description. Petra is very friendly and helpful. We fully recommend this house for peaceful holidays.

Villa Cynara is spacious and as described in the text and photos. The pool is nice and fresh, and the garden area and outside kitchen are nice to spent all day outside. The close-by beaches are nice to spend a couple of hours, snorkeling near the rocks. And the cities of Pula and Rovinj are lovely to pay a visit and have a lunch or dinner.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Pool, Gartenlandschaft und die Innenausstattung einfach top. Aufgrund der vielen Nasszellen hat man auch die Möglichkeit seine Privatsphäre zu nutzen. Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern und haben alle den Urlaub mehr als genossen. Vielen Dank für alles - kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Die Kommunikation mit Tenna war toll, alle waren sehr gastfreundlich (die Schwiegermutter hat uns sogar einmal etwas Süßes gebracht!) Das Haus war sehr schön und das Highlight ist die outdoor Küche. Auch der Garten und die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Was nicht ganz klar war, dass ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, das wäre aber auch die einzige „Kritik“. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und in 15/20 min Fahrt kommt man zu guten Restaurants. In 2 min mit dem Auto ist man bei einer schönen kleinen Bucht, bei der man gut ins Meer kann - insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub sehr gefallen!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Ivana. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Hunden und hatten einen entspannten Urlaub. Da durch, dass die Villa komplett eingezäunt ist, konnten die Hunde wunderbar umherspringen. Ausserdem war die Inneneinrichtung super schön und luxuriös. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren für 11 Nächte zu 5 (4 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager) in Andreas Unterkunft. Es hat alles unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Super gepflegtes Haus mit top Ausstattung (z.B. alle notwendigen Gerätschaften in der Küche) , ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft empfehlen wir aufjedenfall weiter!

Wir waren vom ersten Moment an sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, sie war wie beschrieben. Alles war modern, neu, geschmackvoll und zum Schlafen war es sehr ruhig. Vedran war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Der Pool war angenehm warm und wurde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt. Der Garten war engmaschig und komplett umzäunt und daher absolut sicher für unsere Hunde. Der kleine Ort war bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und in der Umgebung gibt es schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben oft gekocht oder draußen gegrillt. Das WLAN hat problemlos funktioniert, ebenso die Aircon. Absolut notwendig war der angebrachte Moskitoschutz an allen Terrassentüren. Diese kommen ab der Dämmerung hervor, tagsüber gibt es zum Glück keine. Aufpassen muss man beim Gassi gehen in der Umgebung. Es gibt sehr viele Grannen an allen Straßenrändern und hin und wieder läuft auch mal ein Hund frei durch die Straßen. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

The place is perfect. Can’t say anything negative about it or the hosts. Everything easily accessible, nothing is too far away at all. Lovely quiet location. The villa is 5 star. It’s huge, pristine and the pool is so so clean. Games room for the kids and trampoline. All mod cons through out and all the rooms were immaculate. Can’t fault it at all, thanks so much for a lovely stay

Das Ferienhaus liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage und bietet Erholung pur. Besonders begeistert haben uns der Stil des Hauses und der beheizte Pool (hat zugegeben etwas gedauert bis er auch ein wenig warm war) – ideal zum Entspannen, egal bei welchem Wetter. Das Haus ist modern, gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Wer Ruhe, Komfort und ein bisschen Luxus sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
