Nuihau's place is amazing. Sounds like it's new. It is super well decorated, equipped, comfortable and very convenient. He even has a washing machine. It was not very easy to find but Nuihau's instructions were very clear and thanks to the directions on the way, we had no problem.

This condo is in a beautiful location with an amazing view of the lagoon. Very spacious condo, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend.

Taylor’s Airbnb was just perfect for my stay. It looks exactly as the photos show. Taylor was so kind and easy to communicate with. Parking is a true convenience for this area. Elevator does get busy but Taylor warns you. So happy with my stay & will be looking to stay here again.

Nick was such an awesome host. He was friendly & called out to meet him. He was very welcoming & open. He had a house party when we stayed & let us know a few days beforehand, he even invited us & brought us some food down. His place was amazing & clean. So helpful & close to everything. Great place to stay! Right across the street from Charlie Young Beach.

The view is truly amazing but so is the entire apartment! We loved the quiet mornings watching the sunrise and listening to the roosters. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The WiFi and AC worked great and were incredible after long days exploring the island. We also loved the peace of mind of the gated community and an assigned parking space. Also, Sergio was wonderful and made sure that we got to the right place.

Augustin is a great and helpful host. He went out of his way to help us feel at home And accommodate us on more than one occasion. The house was cleaned and spacious. Option for air conditioning is also great! We were there for one night and it was good. Location is good for airport access.

This house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to major destinations on the island. k Kitchen is fully stocked and bathroom is clean. The retractable roof shade is really nice! The host is friendly and nice to communicate. Hope to be back sometime in the future. Thank you so much for the accomodation!

Great place ! Even better than described! Highly recommend. Clara even let us known the volcano was erupting. Easy access to VNP and in a lovely neighborhood. We loved our stay. Inside tip… great taco stand right down the road for an easy dinner!

Tahia was a wonderful host! She made everything so easy and offered assistance along the way. We loved the location, so close to the beach, which was nearly deserted. We hope to back someday!

Absolutely the best Airbnb! Tea and Sam went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous!! Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful setting and the beach is wonderful!! I booked in for a month long writing retreat and I had the most special time along the way. Wendy is the definition of manaaki – a kupu Māori from home that feels the only accurate description of Wendy. It was lovely getting to meet her whānau in snippets too. My stay felt homely and as if I gained a second mum 😅 I was very sad to leave but I know I’ll be back for a stay or at least a visit either way. To anyone else who may have hesitancies re: birds, they were delightfully charming. I arrived with a childhood phobia of farm/larger birds. By the end, I had given them all pet-names and informed my partner we’ll be getting chickens 🦚🐓

Very large 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 decks off the beaten path. Linens and robes were very soft, and slippers included. I appreciated the quintet of coffee brewing methods: French press, drip, percolator, and pour over.

Denise and Brian were extremely accommodating and friendly. We appreciate all the recommendations. And love all the detailed signs around the home, answering any and all possible questions. My friends will 100% be looking to book with them in the future. The property is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I’ve ever stayed. Very well kept. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

Perfect location with amazing views and peaceful ocean sounds. We loved watching the whales from the lanai, swimming in the pool. If you are looking for a place right on the water this is it! Easy 10 min drive to other major beaches and shopping. We would come back here again. The condo itself feels even bigger than the pictures show with space to spread out. The 2 pull out couches are a huge bonus. Robert was very helpful beforehand and although we had no issues during our stay we knew we were in good hands.

Great location with walking paths, short walk to an ocean view mini-park and beach access through the Princeville resort (all beaches are public in Hawaii) and great beach amenities (folding chairs, towels, boogie board, etc.). Had a great time exploring the north part of Kauai.

This is the perfect place to stay on the Kona side. Close to all attractions and super well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Couldn’t have wished for more.

We had a great stay at Rick’s Airbnb. The location and value were perfect. The kitchen and bathroom could use a deeper cleaning. The bedrooms were all comfortable but the upstairs gets very hot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone seeking a good value and location.

We loved our visit! The space is decorative and has everything you could need. A full kitchen with ample pots and pans and serving pieces. A beautiful patio for enjoying the birds and morning coffee dinner, etc. easy access to the pool in a beautiful beautifully landscaped community. We are a family of five.(mom, dad, and three boys ranging from 22 to 25) and we fit just fine. There is snorkel gear, a beach, umbrella, and beach chairs that you can use. Easy parking. It was just perfect for us.

This unit in KoOlina was beautiful and very well appointed with everything you could need. It was perfect for our family, beautiful view, and the Beach Villas are a much more chill environment compared to the other hotels in the area with access to pretty much its own lagoon. The only thing to be mindful of is that we found the oven and stove to be extremely slow to heat up so if you have big plans to cook you are better off on the shared BBQ or air fryer in the kitchen. It wasn’t a big inconvenience for us but it did make us less motivated to use the kitchen even though it was very well equipped. The unit was spacious and the grounds and pools were very well kept. You can tell this is a high quality place.
