Marie was fantastic! Her place was spotless, and I felt right at home. I’ve traveled all over and stayed in several Airbnbs, but Marie’s place has everything one could think of. Like ziplock bags and laundry baskets. It is the little things that makes this spot worth it. It was also very clean and located near some great food spots. A bonus was having a sauna to use at our disposal. I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

The host is super quick to respond, appreciate it. The place is small but convenient. The location is great. There is construction going on in the swimming pool area. The place is high up but you can still hear it during the day because we stayed right during the demolition phase. It did not bother us because we were mostly not home all day. But we still could hear it if we left late. I am glad we rented this apt and not any other on lower floors, the noise would be horrific on lower floors.

One of the nicest AirBNB’s I’ve stayed in. Kitchen is fully, and I mean FULLY stocked. So many DVDs to watch. Pool room is a blast. Lots of toys and beach equipment. Board games. AC works great. WiFi is fast. Patio is clean and comfortable. Coffee tastes/works great. 75/10 rating

Overall a very positive stay here. The place looks just like the pictures, and the location is fantastic. We rented a car thinking we'd need it to get to the major dining hubs in Waikiki, but it was close enough that we ended up walking more often than not. The included wagon and beach gear was also a major win. The only thing I'd note is that the bedroom is separated by a sliding door, so more light and noise will seep through. Our kids luckily slept through it, but could be an issue if your kids are light sleepers.

We had a wonderful 18 hour overnight layover and couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and recharge. The host was responsive and helpful from the start making the autonomous check in seamless. The apartment was perfect for us-clean, comfortable and close to the airport. We rented a car to drive to the waterfalls which was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. The black sand beach was a unique sight. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay!

We had an amazing stay at Jayden’s Airbnb in Honolulu! Everything was awesome from start to finish. The place was very clean, well maintained, and had a relaxing vibe that made us feel right at home. Jayden was a great host—communicative and helpful throughout our trip. One of the best parts was the kitchen setup: having an air fryer, rice cooker, and coffee maker was such a bonus and made our stay even more convenient. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Honolulu!

Ideal location for our honeymoon purposes. Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to lots of activities, and with an ocean view. We initially had a problem with the lock, but that was resolved and gave us no further trouble.

This property has a great view of Diamond Head and is so close to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed mornings grabbing coffees from Kai Coffee by the beach walking to the base of Diamond Head. We were travelling with friends staying at various hotels, but were close to all of them and all the events and activities planned - everything was walkable. Thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I stayed with Jared during our first trip with our 6-month old son. Jared made the stay a breeze by being very responsive and communicative both leading up to and during our stay. He made sure there was a crib for us to use and shared very helpful check in and checkout instructions. The place itself is as described in the listing and met all of our needs. It was clean and walking distance to both the beach and food options, which made it perfect for us with our son. Parking was also a highlight. We had to go in and out many times during our stay and the parking process was both very easy and offered a variety of spots to choose from each time we had to park. I would definitely stay with Jared again for our next trip.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful resort! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the spacious and spotless room to the warm, strong shower that felt amazing after a long day out. You can really feel how much care and thought Greg put into designing the space—it’s cozy, welcoming, and just perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable for snorkeling lovers like us, with some of the island’s best spots just a short drive away. If we ever come back to the Big Island, there’s no doubt—we’ll be staying here again!

It is a beautiful place, with an incredible view, surrounded by many places to eat and very close to the central area of ​​Honolulu.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Princeville. The apartment was great. Right on the edge of the ocean. The Princeville area offers a lot. Love the vibe on the north end.

Our stay in Maui here was absolutely amazing. The condo was gorgeous—spotless, beautifully decorated, and in the perfect location. Just walk across the street and you’re right on the beach, with stunning views you can enjoy from the lanai every day. Megan & Bryan were such thoughtful hosts. They truly spread the aloha spirit and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The condo was fully stocked with beach gear, kitchen essentials, and really great appliances. We especially loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, it made things so convenient. When we noticed one of the beach umbrellas was broken, they immediately brought over a brand new one without us even having to ask. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests really stood out! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back. Mahalo, Megan & Bryan!

The Roost was great for our week in Kauai! The condo was beautiful and clean. All the amenities, from the kitchen supplies and equipment, washer and dryer and all the beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas made everything convenient. The area is stunning, the view is picturesque and the private beach was peaceful and quiet. The community pool and hot tub were nice as well. We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back.

This place was phenomenal hands down. The only downside was the check in/out procedure of having to go up and down while your car is parked on the streets and having to drive up 10 floors. Otherwise, I truly felt that the pristine set up and condition of the place made it all worth it. It was truly spotless. We had every amenity we needed and much more. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and honestly would come back even if the place was at 20 floors!

We wish we could give this place more than 5 stars because it was beyond what we imagined. We stayed as a family of four and it was the perfect place to be for a nice five days of vacation. There were two bathrooms and two showers as well as two private bedrooms. There is everything you need for comfort, extra blankets and towels to use. On top of that, the washer and dryer in unit was a gem.The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked without trouble and ate at the dining table with an amazing view of the sea. The water is literally right outside the lanai with nothing blocking your view. We spent most of our time in the living room because of the beautiful ocean view. The location is great with downtown Kona as a 5-10 min drive or a nice stroll. Marta was also so responsive and kind, and had everything organized and instructions detailed down. We would stay here again if we ever visit Big Island again!

Very happy with my stay. This unit is perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Hosts were always quick to respond and proactive. Water pressure in bathroom is great, comfortable bed, great views, thoughtfully designed. When I come back I will keep my eye out for this place.

This place was excellent. I have stayed at the Pacific Monarch before and highly recommend due to the location. The quality of this unit was particularly nice. Perfect for our visit. I will also add that the front desk people are always very helpful.

We loved staying on your coffee farm! Roaming the grounds was so much fun and it was so beautiful! Your space was perfect for us…we loved it! Sound machines were awesome and helped us all sleep so well! And we loved your coffee too! The outside patio space was incredible and we loved sitting out in the morning! You have a beautiful home and farm and we would 100% stay with you again! 🙂
