Monthly Rentals in Polvereto

Our Villa in Montespertoli was everything we could have wished for and more, full of all the modern conveniences required to cook if desired. The grounds were absolutely delightful and the hillside backdrop of grapevines etc was stunning to wake up to every morning in a secluded and peaceful place. We enjoyed many mornings having coffee around the poolside deck and afternoons sharing a glass of wine chatting with our friends after our many touring adventures. You definitely need to have a car to enjoy this Villa and surrounding areas like Pisa, Siena, hot Springs, San Gimignano to name a few. Our Caretaker Lia cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan dinner to share on our last night which we enjoyed immensely. Thankyou for hosting us in your home, we didn’t want to leave.

Lidia's place felt like home the second we arrived. Beautiful landscapes, quiet, homie and lovely host. Reaching the place is quite easy from the highway and you can reach main cities such as Pisa, Firenze and Arezzo in max 1,5 hrs. The place is cozy and always fresher than outside because it is a old renovated house. It is definitely great for summer. Parking is plenty and every apartment has some privacy from the others. I found amazing the patio facing the hills where you can seat and enjoy a glass of wine or read a book or use the barbecue to have some nice fiorentina! Our main suggestion is to anticipate the check-in time. It starts at 18 which I think could be a bit earlier to drop the bags and go around for a nice dinner in Chianti. However, when we asked to checkout 1 hr later there was no issues. The apartment offered all amenities. In our case we were in "Forno" which has one disabled-friendly bathroom. 10 min by car there is also a groceries stores. Totally recommended!
