The fully equipped kitchen has cookware and everything else you need for a homey stay. There is also a small TV with Netflix in the bedroom. Tram 42 stops 100m away and takes 10 min to the centre. There are two supermarkets and some nice cafes in the area.

This cozy 30 sqm apartment is located in a low-traffic area with good infrastructure, in only 15 minutes you're able to reach the very city center of Vienna with all its famous historical spots of this wonderful metropole. You even get quick and easy to the former Habsburger summer residence, the castle of Schönbrunn or to the forests of Vienna to relax or do sports. The "Brunnenmarkt", Europe’s longest street market, is within easy reach. The 10er Marie, Vienna's oldest Heuriger is nearby.

Vienna-Hights-Studio with Stunning Views of Vienna

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. Good public transport connections (train and bus) to the center, 1 private parking spot in front of the house. Cosy winter garden, charming Biedermeier-room with kingsize bed, single bed and seating group. Bedroom (two doors) with double bed and bunk bed. Convenient kitchen with sofa, dining place, dishwasher, oven inclusive microwave. Bathroom includes toilet and shower.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
