A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2 right outside the door takes you to all major sights in the city center in just 15 minutes without changing lines. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.

It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.

From here, you can easily reach the city centre in around 16 minutes on the U3 underground line, of which the nearest station is a 3-minute walk away. The famous Schmelz and Meiselmarkt are also within walking distance. Shops for daily needs are just around the corner.
