Wir hatten vier wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gioia. Uns hat nichts in der Wohnung gefehlt, sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Highlight ist die tolle Dachterasse.❤️ Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist perfekt, so dass man gut in die Innenstadt kommt. Für uns war es so perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Nadine

bonito departamento, limpio,cómodo y en una muy buena ubicación para llegar fácilmente a los lugares de interés en Viena. transporte público a poca distancia, tanto metro como tranvía. El departamento cuenta con cocina equipada y equipo para lavar y secar ropa.

Everything was fantastic. Pristinely clean and spacious apartment, two full private bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, AC, and all other amenities as advertised. Nice quiet location within easy walking distance to public transport and major attractions in Old Town. Extremely responsive host. I honestly cannot think of a single negative. My family of 3 stayed five nights here in our first visit to Vienna, and we enjoyed this lovely city a whole lot. My daughter loved having her own bedroom - usually we tend to stay in 1br when traveling, which also tend to cost more than this one did. So a great experience and value all around, very highly recommended! Thank you again Valbona!!

Die Wohnung ist für einen Kurz- (oder auch Lang-) Trip in Wien für 2 Personen perfekt!! Der Check-In ist super easy per Schloss an der Tür und sehr einfach per U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Shopping Meile Wiens und viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind auch um die Ecke. Lage also wirklich top. Die Wohnung selbst ist minimalistisch und hübsch eingerichtet. (Unser Highlight war die Lampe hinter dem Esstisch (die macht unglaublich schönes Licht!! ) ansonsten war alles sauber haben alle Infos früh bekommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :) Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war auch super. Hatten erst bei der Buchung einen Fehler und sie hat sich sehr lieb darum gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Very satisfied with the stay for 4 nights. Easy to get to Vienna westbahnhof in just 15 minutes (18min walk from apartment), cost EUR 1,90. Many hiking options in the area and some restaurants. Good view from the balcony and a nice loft apartment.

The best apartment I’ve stayed in,Guido is always easy to communicate and with fast reply. If you plan to cook, it is a good option as well, there are many supermarkets, you just need to walk by a few minutes. Apartment with excellent design, Guido offered all kinds of daily necessities. It will be my top choice as long as I will be Vienna again.

Vielen Dank, liebe Petra, für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Deinem Hause. Die große Wohnung bot uns Vieren unendlich viel Platz, war makellos sauber und sehr gemütlich. Zudem gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an, wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden uns sehr freuen, bei nächster Gelegenheit, wieder bei Dir unterkommen zu dürfen. Mit Dank und lieben Grüßen von uns Allen.

Das Apartement ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Check-in hat einwandfrei funktioniert und der Gastgeber immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Mit der Strassenbahn ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum, an der Strasse hat es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Apartement hat es einen Platz mit tollen Kaffees. Einziger negativer Punkt: Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage und die Strasse ist zu laut, um die Fenster nachts offen zu lassen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber ruhig.

Highly recommend! The place is so cute and our hosts had thought of everything to make our stay wonderful! The kitchenette included a selection of teas, plus coffee was available and the bathroom was well stocked with anything we would need. It was hot outside during our stay and there's no a/c, but a large fan kept us quite comfortably cool. It was easy to communicate with our hosts and they were thoughtful and helpful.

Die sichtlich neue Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt verkehrsmäßig günstig: mit der Straßenbahnlinie 2 und der U-Bahn ist man gut angebunden. Michael hat immer schnell und freundlich reagiert, wenn wir was brauchten. Er ist wirklich sehr bemüht. Die Wohnung ist an und für sich völlig ruhig gelegen, auf der Terrasse ist es absolut still, obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Leider wird im Moment im Innenhof gebaut, sodass wir diese Ruhe außen erst nach Feierabend wahrnehmen konnten. Die Fenster schließen zum Glück sehr gut, sodass in der Wohnung nichts vom Baulärm hörbar ist. Auch die Klimaanlage ist ein Segen, v.a. an heißen Tagen in Wien. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.

wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem netten Appartement. Die Terrasse und der Blick in den Garten ist wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben, der Check-In sehr einfach, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin perfekt, die Wohnung und das Bad sehr sauber. Die Haltestelle der Strassenbahn Nr 40 ist direkt um die Ecke und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Alles in allem der optimale Standort für einen Aufenthalt in Wien. Das Café Ecke Erndtgasse ist sehr zu empfehlen - allerdings kostet die Qualität ihren Preis. In der Pizzeria Monte Rosa haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Stunning place. Not cheap, but worth every penny spent. Would definitely come again. It is super spacious and stylish inside with lux level interior (even though a bit outdated, but it gives a very special vibe and character), provides a beautiful and peaceful private garden, and located in the city area famous for its quiet luxury. Recommended!

O apartamento estava muito limpo e organizado. Sophie é simpática e esteve sempre a disposição para qualquer dúvida. A localização é excelente, com transportes públicos a 5 minutos do apartamento e também tem dois supermercados a porta. Recomendo o espaço.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. Our only regret was the rainy weather, and our only wish, that we had stayed longer. Dear Michi, thank you so much for your warm welcome and for being so helpful throughout our stay. We’re especially grateful for the way you went out of your way to accommodate all our requests. We look forward to returning and enjoying a longer stay at your lovely home next time!

Norbert was a really superb, hospitable, and likeable host and I very much enjoyed staying at his studio apartment. It's a beautiful place in a quiet location with a nice view. He was an excellent communicator prior to my arrival, and his directions to his place were perfect. If I return to Vienna, I will definitely try to stay with him again. The electricity went out during my stay. Norbert responded immediately and energetically. He and one of his sons worked diligently with an electrician a couple of times before it was able to be resolved, and he provided a refund for the interrupted nights. This could have happened to any host because the damage was caused by an adjacent business. His responsiveness was exemplary. I'm grateful for his responsiveness. I unreservedly recommend him as a host and his place as a lodging!

Wir waren für drei Übernachtungen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr neu und sauber, das Bett ist sehr bequem, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Bestimmt ist auch die Küche super, aber wir haben sie gar nicht benutzt. Dankeschön und gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Schmuckstück! Einzig die Ankunft war etwas turbulent, weil das Zahlenfeld bei der Eingangstüre defekt war und wir so bei unserer Ankunft nach 22:00 auf einen netten Nachbarn angewiesen waren, der uns die Tür zur Straße geöffnet hat. Abgesehen davon war aber alles wie beschrieben und auch trotz der Hitze in Wien war es in der Wohnung auch temperaturtechnisch gut auszuhalten; gemütlich ist sie -wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich - sowieso. :-) Die Gegend ist ruhig und dank des gemütlichen Bettes haben wir super schlafen können. Wir würden das Apartment definitiv wieder buchen!

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti Slavisan huoneistossa. Sijainti oli mainio: hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet & kauppoja, ravintoloita ja erinomainen leipomo aivan nurkan takana. Slavisa reagoi välittömästi pyyntöihimme ja järjesti kaikki asiat mitä toivoimme. Majoitumme jatkossa oikein mielellämme uudestaan Slavisan erinomaisessa huoneistossa!

Uns hat diese geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung auch in der Küche gut gefallen. Die ruhige Lage war für uns sehr angenehm im Gegensatz zu der recht trubeligen Innenstadt Wiens. Im Ort fährt ein Bus, der nächste S-Bahnhof ist ca. 6km entfernt (kostenloser P+R - Parkplatz), dort fährt die S-Bahn im 20-Minuten - Takt nach Wien, was für uns eine sehr komfortable Anbindung war.

Die Kommunikation mit Eva war super - das Airbnb war wie beschrieben und super sauber :) wir hatten ein paar super Tage und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank :)
