The flushing toilet is replaced with a chemical toilet (inside the cottage) for this period.

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Near the apartment there is a ski resort in Teplice (7 km) and a ski resort in Petříkovice (25 km). The apartment is part of the house and has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with a fridge, two-burner stove and hood. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for 2. Stone terrace with table and chairs overlooking Ostaš. Parking on site.

A cozy studio apartment (19 sq meters), located in a tenement house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in the center of Sokołowska. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction cooktop, kettle, as well as various types of kitchen utensils. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an inflatable mattress (included) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to give you tips about the region :) We speak English.

The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.
