The 50 m2 apartment has an independent entrance. Ground floor: living room, kitchenette and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (8.3 and 10.3 m2) and a shower room. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds that can be joined together. A small terrace outside. Bike storage and laundry room shared with another listing.
