very nice cottage overlooking Mont Blanc. We had a nice relaxing and quiet vacation. Possibility of walking to the Col du Cliergeon just above.

Our stay went extremely well thanks to Melissa as well as her professionalism and speed in responding to us. The accommodation was really well located with a beautiful view, no worries about it and was clean, better than in the photos. Thank you very much for making our stay even better :)

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

The cottage was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible views from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each bedroom is really a plus especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important appliances are available. The barbecue is especially cool, which can even be used on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! The owner was really kind, and the house was really comfortable and nice like my own home. The interior was cute and the amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to live in and the location was very good.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute calm and a magnificent view of the mountains. Hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

We spent 4 beautiful nights in Guillaume's place. Impeccable hospitality, Guillaume is extremely kind and considerate!! Visit the whole apartment and explanations. Regarding the accommodation, it's really great! Warm, tastefully furnished. We didn't want for anything, absolutely nothing! It was a real pleasure to stay at Guillaume's, it is certain that if we ever return to Sallanches we will return to Guillaume's ☺️

Were in transit from southern France to D. Exceptional, simple but sweet place to stop. Lovingly furnished apartment, rustic environment. If you are looking for something authentic, this is the place to be.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities you need for your stay. Special mention to the elevated swimming pool that allows you to admire the view!

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend it! And we hope to come back!

A great experience, Fabrice had prepared everything for us. My parents spent two unforgettable days on this small farm. The supermarket is close by, and it's more convenient if you have a car — we finally opted for the taxi. I would recommend this charming little place to everyone!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .
