We loved our stay at Sonia’s place!The beachfront location is the best on Kauai and the unit feels very upgraded with nice, comfortable furnishings and amenities. We especially enjoyed the high top patio table to enjoy views of the surf, turtles & sunsets everyday. Sonia was easy to communicate with and made every effort to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. We appreciated that the unit’s kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessities and much more! We aim to visit Kiahuna/ Kauai every year and unit 198 is the best of the best! Mahalo!

Kevin was a great host. I have never felt more comfortable at an Airbnb than at Kevin’s home. He gave incredible recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. He went out of his way to accommodate us on our trip and is a very kind and respectful person. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kauai. This place is a gem. Location, amenities, and the atmosphere are incredible. Great place to stay in Poipu Beach!

My partner and I stayed here for 9 nights. Florence was very responsive and gave a detailed list of recommendations and house rules. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals if you don’t want to go out to eat as often. Being able to see and hear the ocean from the bed was super relaxing. The AC worked great. Fun to watch the surf channel and local Hawaiian news on cable TV. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing. Perfect place for a couple. Clarifying- pool and lanai are not private - pool shared by all condos and lanai with neighboring unit. Also be aware condos above you with decks that look down on your lanai. So not quite as private as expected from pictures. It is still a great place.

Celebrating our 40th anniversary at Danna’s penthouse was an unforgettable experience. She’s an outstanding host—responsive, thoughtful, and truly considerate. The ocean views were breathtaking, and the penthouse was comfortable, well-stocked, and a joy to relax in. We loved watching a sea turtle in the nearby cove, the birds, and soaking in the beauty of Kauai from the lanai. The space was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and cooking in the kitchen was convenient and well-equipped. Plus, the location made exploring the island easy with a little planning around rush hour. This was the perfect place to enjoy Hawaii. We’re grateful for such a fantastic stay!

Incredible condo, even better in person. Spacious, comfortable modern and very clean. A few reviews mentioned the ac being an issue, while the living area isn’t cooked we just kept the bedroom door shut where the portable ac is and it was perfect. We will definitely be back!
