Beach condo vacation rentals in Poipu, Koloa

This was our first visit to Kauai and this spot was perfect! It was great for me and my husband and our 13 year old twins. We had plenty of space, the kitchen and washer/dryer were great amenities. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and the view was lovely. Location great for all activities we engaged in. Enas was a responsive host and the car was an added convenience! We would certainly stay again! Thank you!

Kevin was a great host. I have never felt more comfortable at an Airbnb than at Kevin’s home. He gave incredible recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. He went out of his way to accommodate us on our trip and is a very kind and respectful person. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kauai. This place is a gem. My wife and I stayed here for a week and the experience was excellent. The condo is well cared for and has been kept updated both for comfort and function. We felt lucky to have found this condo before our stay and that only feeling increased throughout the stay. We highly recommend this stay and hope to be back in the future! Details: Absolutely everything we needed was provided, for us the kitchen and beach supplies were the most important and they delivered perfectly. Everything worked and was of good quality. The location is great, 2 minutes to wonderful Kiahuna beach, and nearby adjacent beaches. Markets, restaurants, retail, all nearby. The plantation is quiet and unit was great for privacy, some footsteps were the only thing we heard. Having access to the athletic club was also a huge plus, facilities were great and navigating them was easy. The hosts provided detailed and timely information that made check in and out a total breeze.

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s unit. The location is close to everything and well equipped with whatever you need for heading to the beach. The view is exceptional! We loved watching the surfers throughout the day and the sunsets in the evening from our grassy patio!

My husband and I chose to stay at Allison's place for our honeymoon! Cleanliness: I am a big germaphobe and I felt very comfortable at her place! It was very clean all around, no complaints! If you are 6 ft tall the bed/shower might feel a little small for you but it was worth it for the cleanliness/area the condo is on. Area: The area couldn't have been better! We spent many nights laying by the beach which is a 30 second walk, watching the waves. I love that you can walk one minute to the Coconut Marketplace where we ate at every resturant, got a massage, and got souveniers. The island is small enough the we easily drove to the north, south, or west side each day for various activities. We felt very safe walking around and exploring. Host: Allison gave us great recommendations on things to do! We appreciated the beach gear SO MUCH. We used the wagon, chairs, and cooler but there was more beach gear. If we ever come back to Kauai we would choose her place again!

My party of two had a great stay at Paul & Meg's condo, which is perfectly located within Poipu Kapili resort, with a centralized view of the awesome pool and ocean from the balcony. Poipu Kapili resort, itself, is perfectly located near the ocean and close to beach, walking paths, shopping, etc. and is the right size (not too big) for enjoying the pool in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Highly recommend this place!

Great location! Next to shopping and restaurants. The host was super helpful and very responsive. She gave us a lot of information before and during our stay that helped us navigate our time on the island. The space is very clean and perfect for 2.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Tom’s place was great! Perfectly situated between two great beaches and right across from Little Fish coffee. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved this place for our stay in Kauai! It was very close to Hanalei and very walkable. It was very clean and as described. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

I don't even know where to start with this little piece of heaven! The Surf Shack looks like something straight out of a magazine. The attention to detail with all of the decor and thoughtful touches. It was extremely well stocked and felt like I was staying at a friend's house. So cozy and charming. Our family loved watching the sunset every night off the balcony. We loved the little hike down to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, the view, the comfy beds, and my goodness-sweet Hanalei. I had the pleasure of meeting Kasey at the Bikini Hanalei shop in town. She was just as sweet as her condo is beautiful. It was the most memorable trip. We plan to come back again someday=) Thanks for a wonderful time and for sharing your place with us. Mahalo nui loa!

The Cliffs is a great place to stay on the north end of the island. Bryant and Jane’s unit has a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean and sunset. The lanai was the best one there! There were plenty of beach chairs, mats etc to take on local excursions. The bed was comfortable. We liked that each night and/or morning there was a food truck available for guests. We have no reservations recommending their place.

We loved that this airbnb is located in Kiahuna Plantation. It could easily carry the provided chairs and umbrella for just a few minutes walk to Kiahuna Beach. There is super limited public parking for this beach, so we were so thankful we only had to walk. It was a surfing beach for beginner lessons (and experienced surfers) and choppy snorkeling during our May visit. Beautiful ocean to look out at. So many choices of coffee shops/carts, restaurants and supermarkets near by. The athletic club access was also easy and the club was not crowded at all during the week. Laundry facilities just next door, kitchen had everything we needed to eat in too. The A/C in the main living area was so appreciated during the day, the evenings cooled off so the temperature in the non-a/c bedroom was good. Outrigger did a great job providing towel service and cleaning service. The view out the lanai of the large tree and grassy area was nice during the day, and good for star gazing at night.

The place itself is great, exactly like the pictures and great location. Air conditioning, a great main bed and beach front can’t be beat. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The view and time spent on the back patio will be a lifelong memory of ours. The beach gear that was available was super clutch for our days at the beach and a very nice added touch as we didn’t think about that initially. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This space was perfect for our family. The kitchen and living space are large and bedrooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. We loved having boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers available for use during our stay. The condo pools were great and we walked to the beach for sunrise every morning. This is a wonderful place to stay in Poipu!

The condo was great for our family. The view was beautiful and peaceful and the area was safe and quiet. We enjoyed how close the pool was and used the grill several times during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and the rest of the place was clean and functional.

Since my husband has health issues this was the perfect place to truly relax and enjoy Kauai. The unit was beautifully decorated, well equipped and the view was all I had hoped for. I enjoyed cooking with it's great appliances and tools. We utilized the balcony for our meals and to watch the stars as they slowly appeared. Thanks for making your home in Kauai available to others.
