Condo vacation rentals in Poipu, Koloa

This was our first time to Kauai and we couldn't be more pleased with this place. We stayed here for a few days will visiting the south shore before moving to the north shore. It was so close to the beach and a wonderful restaurant just across the street. Beautiful plants, flowers all within the complex. Ample parking in front and covered parking garage. Lots of stuff we needed were provided like coffee, Ice packs for cooler, etc. Comfortable bed. Wonderful little lanai for us to enjoy our morning coffee. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Great condo. Had everything I needed. Ocean view from lanai. Private location in back of the building. I hardly heard anyone. Grounds and pool were very relaxing and beautiful.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen and local guidebook. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shopping and restaurants, making it super convenient to get around. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh coffee and easy self check-in. Host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort, style, and hospitality. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience. Kevin was a great host. I have never felt more comfortable at an Airbnb than at Kevin’s home. He gave incredible recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. He went out of his way to accommodate us on our trip and is a very kind and respectful person. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kauai. This place is a gem. Location, amenities, and the atmosphere are incredible. Great place to stay in Poipu Beach!

My partner and I stayed here for 9 nights. Florence was very responsive and gave a detailed list of recommendations and house rules. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals if you don’t want to go out to eat as often. Being able to see and hear the ocean from the bed was super relaxing. The AC worked great. Fun to watch the surf channel and local Hawaiian news on cable TV. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Dian's condo! The property was clean and comfortable. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai.

We had a fantastic stay at Heather & Khaled’s Airbnb. Khaled was very responsive and really friendly! The place was very clean and spacious. The view is spectacular- can’t beat the sound of the waves! Some things we really appreciated that we did not see in other comments that I wanted to highlight: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided. The BBQ grill does NOT need charcoal - it is ready to use and has all the supplies needed. The bed comes with a soft blanket (as someone who NEEDS a soft blanket when I sleep, this was great). There is a ceiling fan if you are someone that can’t sleep without a fan! We would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. It’s the mid point between north and south side of this island. Has great food and grocery stores nearby all within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s unit. The location is close to everything and well equipped with whatever you need for heading to the beach. The view is exceptional! We loved watching the surfers throughout the day and the sunsets in the evening from our grassy patio!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This condo was the PERFECT location, especially with kiddos. The huge lawn was so fun to play on, we could walk to two beaches including Poipu and the coffee shop across the street was soooo yummy, we went to the pool at the Athletic Club everyday which was so fun and convenient and it was great that both the pool and beach had towel rentals (free). We even got snorkel rentals right at the beach. The condo was equipped with an umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs which made for a really comfortable time.

We loved this place for our stay in Kauai! It was very close to Hanalei and very walkable. It was very clean and as described. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

We truly enjoyed the time we spent there! Twice previously we visited Kauai and stayed on base at the Barking Sands cottages and they were great too. This time though, we decided to stay in Poipu, our favorite beach. The location is great as it's not terribly far back to Lihue. Seeing the turtles at PoiPu beach come in for the eve ing was great. Kukuiula Harbor isn't far and that's a place to swim with far less surf. Plus, I fly fished from the pier there. One day we walked the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail out from Shipwreck Beach. Sprouting Horn was a stop nearby one day. The McBryde Allerton garden had a tour and sunset dinner we took one evening. The Ke Ala Hele Makalae, Multiuse Path in Kaapa was a nice walk along the coast. There are many places nearby to eat. Yet, we grilled on one of the many shared grills throughout the property. The food was found in Koloa where there's a fish market and grocery, Big Save. The grounds are beautiful, the grass is like carpet, and is well tended.

We have stayed in a few different places on Kauai but this is absolutely our most favorite spot. Beautiful view, fell asleep and woke up to the sounds of the ocean. Clean, easy access and lots of room. The next time we come back we will definitely try to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It was a wonderfully comfortable place to be in the mornings, when we decided to lounge around or nap during the day, and in the evenings after coming back from the beach or an adventure. The view of the ocean is actually much nicer than the pictures can capture. The (adjustable) pass-through breeze was perfect and kept the temperature ideal the whole time. The place was just the right size for us (two adults and a toddler) and the surrounding grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Also, I'm eternally grateful for the bottle of sunscreen and aloe left in the closet so I replaced them with new ones to pay it forward. We will very likely want to stay here again when we return! Thank you!

We loved that this airbnb is located in Kiahuna Plantation. It could easily carry the provided chairs and umbrella for just a few minutes walk to Kiahuna Beach. There is super limited public parking for this beach, so we were so thankful we only had to walk. It was a surfing beach for beginner lessons (and experienced surfers) and choppy snorkeling during our May visit. Beautiful ocean to look out at. So many choices of coffee shops/carts, restaurants and supermarkets near by. The athletic club access was also easy and the club was not crowded at all during the week. Laundry facilities just next door, kitchen had everything we needed to eat in too. The A/C in the main living area was so appreciated during the day, the evenings cooled off so the temperature in the non-a/c bedroom was good. Outrigger did a great job providing towel service and cleaning service. The view out the lanai of the large tree and grassy area was nice during the day, and good for star gazing at night.

This place is perfect! Lots of amenities and technology upgraded appliances, AC etc. We loved the jungle atmosphere although the cockroach sighting was alarming. Very walkable to great foods and shopping. The market has the best Poke. 1849 was amazing! Will be back

We had a great time visiting Poipu at Sandy & Erik’s place! Beautiful view of the water, lots of beach gear available for our use, plenty to do within walking distance and a comfortable place to stay. Also conveniently close to the activities we booked - Everything we needed and and more!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and the experience was excellent. The condo is well cared for and has been kept updated both for comfort and function. We felt lucky to have found this condo before our stay and that only feeling increased throughout the stay. We highly recommend this stay and hope to be back in the future! Details: Absolutely everything we needed was provided, for us the kitchen and beach supplies were the most important and they delivered perfectly. Everything worked and was of good quality. The location is great, 2 minutes to wonderful Kiahuna beach, and nearby adjacent beaches. Markets, restaurants, retail, all nearby. The plantation is quiet and unit was great for privacy, some footsteps were the only thing we heard. Having access to the athletic club was also a huge plus, facilities were great and navigating them was easy. The hosts provided detailed and timely information that made check in and out a total breeze.
