We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. It was very close to the beach and it was very peaceful throughout the day and night. We would definitely like to come back someday.

Had a great stay at Andrew's place. Very cozy and clean. There are lots of planes flying overhead but we got used to it very quickly and it didn't affect our sleep. Short drive to the coast and lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby.

We had a great stay! We wanted an easy, little place to come back to at night after being out in SD all day, and this place was it! Yes, the bathroom was small, but we had no problem making it work. Hosts were quick to respond, and even accommodated us staying an extra day since we had a late night flight. Neighborhood was beautiful and seemingly safe.

Gorgeous Airbnb on an almost private beach. Location is great for those who know the area. Only one bedroom and patio space is shared with other unit. But the view and serene environment made up for it :)

Gorgeous apartment with tons of windows, high ceilings, a nice terrace, and ocean views. Kitchen is the best I’ve ever seen in an airbnb with nice appliances, good knives that actually cut, and everything you can think of! Beds were very comfortable. Only challenge was arriving after dark and locating the entrance off the alley.

MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS Stayed here for a quick staycation and was absolutely blown away. The view is unreal! morning coffee and evening wine on the patio were next-level. The location is also super convenient, close to all the good restaurants and everything we needed. The house was modern, clean, cozy, and had great vibes all around. Only hiccup was the hot tub maintenance guy showing up unannounced and walking straight in. We wouldn’t have minded at all if he had just rung the doorbell first—it just caught us off guard. Other than that, it was an amazing stay. Would definitely come back!

We LOVED our stay at this house — the large beds in each of three bedrooms was what drew us to it, and convenient access to airport and many local attractions was great, too. We cooked breakfast there each morning (kitchen well outfitted with all the dishes, utensils we needed), and appreciated the clean, well-furnished living space. The neighborhood is also very pristine and clean; we visited the local grocery store a few times for supplies and loved how convenient that was. Great home base for 4 days of exploring and adventure in San Diego and surrounding area. We have already recommended it to friends as we would surely stay here again if we were to return to SD!

We had a great stay here! The place was exactly as described and super clean. Hosts were very responsive to all communication. What really sets this place apart is that it was by far the best stocked of the >50 Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. They have really paid attention to the little amenities: condiments in the fridge, not just coffee and filters but even handy to go cups!, a variety of spices (way more than just salt and pepper), welcome snacks, and an immensely thoughtful array of a few emergency bathroom items (razors, feminine products, even bobby pins!) Truly above and beyond. Location was very convenient by airport. We would definitely stay here again.

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

We really loved staying here. it was sooo close to the beach and awesome coffee shops. We will most definitely stay again!!!!

JB and Ana were great hosts and were wonderfully accommodating. This was a great private room in a very convenient location. I was definitely satisfied with my experience, especially the ease of check-in/out.

I have stayed at Lucinda’s a few times now- and I almost hate to recommend it so highly because I’m always sad when it’s not available! The neighborhood is beautiful. The house has so much character and I could simply stay inside and enjoy the surroundings all day. It’s relaxing and peaceful and quiet- and I feel absolutely safe and comfortable staying there. There are always little extras, too, like some drinks in the fridge and some treats on the table-and an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, too, which I ended up needing this time! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Tiny but very comfortable beach spot! Feels very private and safe and I loved the little carriage house doors that open to the parking spot. No kitchen and limited storage so this is better for a short stay which was perfect for us. 15-20min walk to downtown OB, we did not need to drive at all! Thank you :)

I really enjoyed the stay. It's a great listing. It's very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it. I will keep it in mind when I visit San Diego next time.

The location is perfect. The area is very walkable with plenty of restaurants and bars to try. The beach is extremely close and the tide pools are a must see at sunsets. The space was just as pictured with easy access into the home. Everything was provided just as described. I was provided a list of places to try and it was totally right on. I will definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area. Thank you so much for the very relaxing and chilling week of vacation.

We had a lovely stay at Rob’s. The location is impossible to beat with amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops all in walking distance. The space is small as it is a studio but it was perfect for a long weekend with myself and my husband. Communication was extremely fast and everything was smooth as can be with our hosts!

The place was very cute and modern. The outside patio with sofa and hot tub was a great place to eat breakfast and hang out at night. Ricardo was highly communicative and very helpful when we needed anything.

Stayed for a weekend and wished it was longer! The location was absolutely fantastic. A short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and some fun shops. Very quick drive to SD Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World. The parking was a little tricky and if you have anything larger than a sedan it would be difficult to navigate, but there seemed to be street parking available often and we didn't end up moving the car much since the neighborhood was so walkable! House was just as cute as the photos and the couch was super comfortable!

The place was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect for our trip and everything was as pictured. Would definitely book with Nick again.

This place was absolutely perfect for what my wife and I needed. Perfect distance from downtown San Diego to get a city feel, but also far enough to not be super loud and busy all the time. Tony was a great host and was very responsive when we needed anything.

Great location, very clean ,had everything I needed to cook my meals and lots of extras I appreciated as well.i felt very safe and secure location great parking i had a huge car and no problem parking in garage its a large 4 door Jaguar as big as an suv no proble for me . enjoyed my stay very much will be back for sure .
