The house is a beautiful, spacious seaside villa on the coast, it has a gorgeous view over the sea and direct access into the Procinisco bay (120 steps from the sea ) It is a beautiful and quiet cottage with two gardens, in the middle of a magically quiet village, in one of Italy's most charming areas. The house is set in a little village, which makes it's environment very safe for children, perfect for a family. There are 31 other cottages in the village and the neighbours are very friendly.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
