Monthly Rentals in Poggio di San Remo

For us, the perfect place to stay in San Remo! We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Everything was very clean and well maintained, so we could relax right away. The kitchen is well equipped – nothing was really missing. It was particularly pleasant that each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, which provided additional comfort. The contact with Stefano (the owner) and Gino was always very friendly and uncomplicated. The garden area is also beautifully landscaped and invites you to linger. We also liked the location of the accommodation very much, as well as the generous parking facilities directly on the property – a real plus. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

What can I say about our stay except that it was perfect. Anelio and Mara are extremely kind, caring, hyper responsive hosts, who welcomed us very well. Regarding the accommodation, it is very functional, very well equipped, with everything you need whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. Anelio and Mara also know how to spoil their tenants with nice touches. And what to say about the view: simply magnificent. Aperitif on the terrace facing the bay of Sanremo or sunset on the mountain, you have the choice on the large terrace. Being on the heights is a real plus to find yourself in a quiet place, while being very close to the city. In short, going to Anelio and Mara's is pure happiness
