Podere Vergianoni is an ancient family-run property from the 1600s located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of arranging a private shuttle and local experiences directly with our family. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle and vineyards with incomparable sunsets.

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

It is a little house with two rooms: a living room with the kitchen and a double bed sleeping couch and a double bedroom; there is the bathroom with the shower and a bidet. The kitchen has a gas stove, an oven, the dishwasher, fridge and freezer. We have a TV with satellite reception, a wi- fi, heating and air-conditioning; the huge garden surrounds the house, one can use the beach loungers and the barbeque. There is a private parking space.
