Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Welcome to our brand new villa Blue horizon, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen with kitchen island where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split.
