This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. Apartment No.2 is located on the first floor and it have 70m2. It consists of two large bedrooms with nightstands and a TV, and on the right side are one bathroom and one toilet. The beautiful kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. The spacious living room consists of comfortable couches and large screen TV. From the living room you come out to a balcony with a beautiful sea view. All rooms have air conditioning.
