EXCEPTIONAL RELAXATION We spent 5 nights in this magical place together with our dog and I wish I could live there;) This place is really quiet equipped with everything you may need. House is strategically located. Hideen in nature, but bakery and shop within walking distance. Beautifull walk to marina take a few minutes. There’s lovely beach with a small cafeteria too. The village of Posedarje is full of nice people and it's really quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Sara and her parents took excellent care of us. We will definitely be happy to come back again. We had a fantastic time at Mia’s vacation home. It was an amazing and relaxing experience. Mia’s mother was incredibly kind and welcoming; she regularly brought us delicious snacks, which made our stay even more special. The location is easy to reach by car. There are also many nice local restaurants nearby to explore. It’s good to know that many of these restaurants only accept cash, so make sure to have enough with you.

Wunderbare Unterkunft wenn man Ruhe haben möchte. Mitten in einem kleinen Dorf in der ländlichen Region. Kleiner Supermarkt ein paar Minuten entfernt. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Kroatien. Das Apartment war sehr schön, es war alles da was man brauchte. Das Bett hat geqietscht und es war teilweise etwas dunkel weil nicht überall Glühbirnen drin waren, aber das hat uns nicht so gestört. würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch wiederkommen.

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny czas w Villa Dora w miejscowości Podgradina. Domek był idealnie przygotowany – kuchnia w pełni wyposażona (wszystko, czego potrzeba do gotowania i serwowania posiłków), łazienka również bez zarzutu. W każdym pomieszczeniu działała klimatyzacja, co było ogromnym atutem w upalne dni. Dodatkowym plusem był smart TV i bardzo szybki kontakt z właścicielem – zawsze dostępny i pomocny. Na miejscu panowała pełna prywatność, a do naszej dyspozycji był przepiękny, podgrzewany basen i grill. Wszystko było czyste, zadbane i dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach. Okolica cicha i spokojna – idealna na wypoczynek. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i spokojnego wypoczynku w Chorwacji.

My family and I had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at this super tranquille and beautiful little Villa. The whole property was spotlessly clean, and Luka the host and his mother, made us feel very welcome. The pool was a nice size for us, if a little cold in May. Posedarje is a nice little quiet village. It was pre-season, so there wasn't much going on. But that suited us, as a quiet holiday was just what we hoped for. Zadar town was only a 30min drive in our Hire Car, for when we wanted a bit more excitement. This area of Croatia is very beautiful, with many little villages and mountains near by to explore. This super clean, little Villa is perfect for a small family. We made some great memories that we'll cherish. We hope to make a return visit someday. Thank you Luka!

Anita hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alle unsere Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Das Haus und um das Haus herum ist alles blitzeblank sauber. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem was unsere Erholung sehr förderlich war. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen während wir schliefen gewartet und wir haben es auch sehr genossen an sonnigen Tagen eine schöne Abkühlung zu haben. Wir konnten vom Haus aus alles perfekt anfahren und hatten tolle Erlebnisse gehabt. Nachts wird ed sehr schön dunkel sodass wir die Sterne sehr gut sehen konnten. Es ist so schön ruhig dass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wow, wow, wow…Das Haus ist fantastisch. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Ausblick auf die Adria und die Berge ist wahnsinnig schön, wenn dann auch noch die Sonne aufgeht und die Gipfel in den schönsten Rot-Tönen färbt, ist man einfach nur geflasht. Der beheizte Pool lässt einen auch im Oktober noch ausgiebig schwimmen und in den Betten schläft man traumhaft, deshalb haben wir sie uns auch abfotografiert, weil wir diese auch zuhause haben wollen😊 Strategisch war die Lage super für unsere Ausflüge. Uns waren die Nationalparke wichtig und diese konnte man von Podgradina gut erreichen. Das Velebit-Gebirge hat zudem die kalten Temperaturen aus dem Inland abgehalten, so dass wir auch Ende Oktober Temperaturen um die 24 Grad hatten und immer auf der Terrasse frühstücken konnten.

Gościliśmy u Ivica i jego żony 10 dni. Dom jest położony w cichej okolicy. Posiada wspaniały basen, nad którym spędzaliśmy caly dzień. woda byla bardzo ciepła wiec od 7 rano można plywać. Jeżeli czegos ci brakuje to w okolicy jest market z podstawowym asortymentem. Można również grać w piłkę na boisku, czy spacerować/jezdzic rowerem. Dom był bardzo czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne.Grill kolo basenu jest super rozwiązaniem. Ivica jest naprawdę świetnym gospodarzem, dbał o wszytsko, w każdej chwili można było do niego napisać. Kilka minut jazdy samochodem od domu znajdują sie restauracje, markety, bary i plaża. Po przyjeździe i na wyjazd dostaliśmy prezenty od Ivicy i jego żony za co bardzo dziękujemy.
