Questo appartamento e' perfetto per due persone ma anche utilizzabile da una coppia con bambini visto che il divano che e'in soggiorno si trasforma in poco tempo in un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno e' spazioso e dispone sia di doccia che di vasca da bagno. La cucina-soggiorno e' ampia ed attrezzata con piano cottura,forno e ampio frigo e completa di tutte le stoviglie utili nel periodo di permanenza. L'appartamento e' climatizzato ed il parcheggio (all'aperto) e'subito sotto la struttura vicino al nostro giardino.

ABSOLUTNIE POLECAM!!! Apartament na terenie ośrodka z basenami. Przepiękny widok na okoliczne wzgórza, gaje oliwne i winnice. Miejsce bardzo spokojne. Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Pościel i łazienki czyste. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i kreatywnie nastawiony. Kiedy napisaliśmy, że jedziemy do Grosseto natychmiast przesłał nam propozycje kilku restauracji. Zaproponował nam też przedłużenie pobytu na jego koszt o 1 dzień. Szkoda, że musieliśmy jechać dalej, bo miejsce i atmosfera były super.

Francas Haus in den Hügel der Toskana umgeben von Weinbergen ist in der Realität deutlich schöner als auf jedem Bild. Wir hatten eine ganz und großartige Woche dort und waren sogar richtig traurig als wir wieder fahren mussten. Alles an diesem einmaligen Ort lädt dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Bis auf ein zwei Stops für ein leckeres Frühstück im nahegelegenen Magliano sind wir immer auf dem Grundstück geblieben, weil es uns dort an wirklich nichts gemangelt hat.

Sono stata 4 giorni con i miei due nipoti nell’appartamento di Antonella e mi sono trovata benissimo. Antonella è stata una host perfetta, sempre disponibile e interessata che noi stessimo bene. L’appartamento, che gode di una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna intorno, era pulitissimo e dispone di tutte le comodità di cui uno ha bisogno per passare una vacanza rilassante. Anche la piscina è bellissima e si trova in un giardino tranquillo e pulito. La posizione dell’agriturismo è perfetta, perché si trova abbastanza vicino al mare e anche al bellissimo borgo Magliano in Toscana, dove si mangia pure bene (Antonella ci ha consigliato alcuni ristoranti). Tra l’altro, una mattina Antonella ci ha fatto trovare davanti alla porta una cassetta piena di pomodori del suo orto, davvero un bellissimo gesto. Consiglio questo posto a tutti, perché per me è da 4 stelle, anche se i prezzi sono contenuti. Grazie, Antonella, per la bellissima vacanza!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Montalcino sehr genossen. Die kleine Wohnung war gut ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und wunderschön zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinreben in die toskanische Landschaft eingebettet. Unsere Gastgeberin Daniela war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
