Had a wonderful stay it was perfect for our girls weekend and the mini fridge was such a nice touch! I also enjoyed the easy checkout truly made us feel like we could enjoy ourselves this weekend!

Our family of four had a great 4 night stay (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 pre-teen). The house was clean and well cared for and had great natural light, even in the basement. The beds were very comfortable and with 5 rooms to choose from- all with their own tvs, everyone had what they needed. There were several common areas for us to spend time together and not feel cramped. We did eat out most days, but the kitchen was well stocked and met our needs. The provided tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags and plenty of towels were appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet so we were able to rest when we spent time at the house in the mornings and evenings. The location was perfect for what we planned (ValleyFair- 20 minute drive; Sustainable Safari- 5 min; Mall of America- 15 min). We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Bonnie and Joe were very responsive to questions I asked before and during our stay. We would stay here again!

Can’t say enough about this cozy space, with a living room large enough to really sprawl out and plants perking out everywhere. Walkable and green neighborhood, Peter’s fantastic list of local recs for food and coffee and more — nothing not to love.

Had a great stay at this adorable property in NE Mpls. The location can't be beat. It's super easy to find, just a few minutes to downtown and the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Everything was great but I think what surprised me the most was how quiet it was. The property is located just off two pretty busy streets and when inside coudln't hear any traffic or noise from a nearby bar on a busy Saturday night. I'd definitely stay again the next time I'm in town.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Stacy’s place for Memorial Day Weekend. It’s tucked away in a private and quiet residential area, and the house is huge. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio under the sun umbrella and having s’mores over the bonfire at night. You’re also just a short drive to some of the best spots on Lake Minnetonka, and the driveway can accommodate multiple cars. The house is also well stocked with cooking supplies and spices, and there’s an outdoor grill! Stacy is incredibly responsive and sweet. We will definitely book again if we’re in the area.

This place was absolutely amazing! The home is absolutely beautiful, in a great location, and Anna was truly an amazing host. Me and my family had such an amazing time and will 100% be returning to this property. If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway, this is absolutely the place to go! I would rate this property a 10 out of 5 stars, truly an above and beyond experience.

Gorgeous location! A well kept home, a great host and comfortable beds make this a go to for us any time we’re in the area! A country oasis you won’t regret!

The space was clean, comfortable, and well-located - perfect for exploring the neighborhood and nearby Macalester College. The private balcony off the bedroom is especially nice.

Such a cute place with so much charm! It had everything we needed and was such a good location close to many restaurants, shops and a great park down the road. We hope to come back to visit!

Debbie and her parents were very attentive and nice! The house was beautiful and easy to get into. In a great location, short drive to everywhere.

Rupinder is an excellent host. He has an eye for detail. It was nice to have coffee and cream, sparkling water, and plenty of other items in the well stocked apartment. Lots of comfortable pillows and the beds were excellent too. It was very quiet and we slept well. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

we had an unfortunate event happen but thankfully the neighbors and hosts were quick to help and help us solve our issue. great location, conveniently right between all the stadiums. deep bathtub with lots of hot water! comfortable bed with good pillows! coffee, pop, water and oatmeal provided!

A great place. Cozy but spacious. Super clean. We didn’t arrive until after 10 PM, but Susan was fine with that.

I was on the road for 23 hours before finally arriving at Tina’s. It was my first time to Minnesota and I am very glad that I chose her place for my family and I. It was peaceful, clean, quiet and very homely. We slept so soundly. It felt as though I hadn’t left home in how at peace we were. Tina responded to any queries I had promptly. I was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very clean. The only downside for me was that I didn’t book her place for a longer time. I am definitely going back for a longer visit. If you’re still reading this please book already before someone else takes your dates. You won’t regret it one bit! 😀

We found Andy's place to be really nice. The place was not clean when we arrived at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm)however it seemed to a honest mistake with the cleaner forgetting and was remedied that evening. Andy and his brother were responsive immediately to our concerns. Overall, the place is conveniently located, easy to street park, nicely furnished, comfortable and stocked with basics the bathroom/kitchen such as soap, coffee/tea etc. I would recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return to Beth’s cabin. It’s hard to believe such an incredible lake experience is just about an hour from the Twin Cities. The cabin, while cozy and charming, had everything we needed. The backyard setup offered a stunning view of the lake and made for the perfect evening meals and hot tubbing. Just a small note for future guests: if privacy is a top priority, it’s good to know that one bedroom has a curtain and the other has a sliding barn-style door. It didn’t affect our stay, but something to keep in mind depending on your group.

5 Stars – A Perfect Getaway! Loondocks Lake House was everything we hoped for and more! The home is exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The setting is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing escape. The host was incredibly welcoming and made everything easy from start to finish. If you’re looking to make lifetime memories with family or friends, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful little getaway on the river! Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The cabin was immaculate and wonderfully decorated. We will definitely be back again!

I just wanted to say this place was very homey, close enough to the city and super easy to get to. This home had many games and activities to do at the location, for kids and adults. The place was clean and super easy to access. If you’re into the lake life this place is awesome, big dock, clear lake, and lots of fish for viewing or catching. Kevin is a super awesome host. We loved staying at Chris’s place. We came in to town to see family and enjoy the snow. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate and we only saw a small amount of snow the evening we arrived. But what can ya do?! Chris was incredibly responsive and attentive, even checking in with us the next morning as we had let him know we’d be arriving late on our check in day. The house was adorable and comfortable, we look forward to renting in the future when we come up to see family.

Beautiful house on the lake. Loved seeing the geese in the mornings just hanging out on the lawn. Very comfortable beds , kitchen was modern and many useful utensils !

The cabin was in a great location, just outside of the Twin Cities. All necessary kitchen items were provided and the cabin has a dock and campfire ring that we enjoyed greatly. There are lots of small fish off the dock and our daughter had a great time catching them with her little fishing rod. The neighbors were very friendly and the lake wasn't overly busy. The boat launch is a ten minute drive. If bringing a boat or a larger group with multiple vehicles, be aware there is space to park two vehicles so plan ahead or communicate with the host to see if you're able to use the parking across the way. They were great to volunteer it for us, but not sure if it's always available. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again! The cabin has been completely renovated and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for a great weekend!

A very nice place to stay for a weekend in Stillwater. The log cabin house is homey with wonderful views of Bass Lake. Robert meet us when we got there and went through the house and answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay there again.
