Located on the edge of the harbor, it enjoys breathtaking sea views and serene calm, direct beach access, direct access to the surrounding pedestrian paths, a garden furniture area allocated to the studio on the ground floor. This studio located in my garden is independent of my main house. You can benefit from a covered space to store your "nautical" equipment if necessary.
