Between land and sea, it is conveniently located for lovers of calm and walks. 10 minutes maximum from Plougastel-Daoulas and 15 minutes from Brest. It is equipped with internet and TV. It is equipped with a terrace with garden access. If my apartment is not available, please note that my partner has an identical apartment right next door in terms of configuration and fully renovated in 2022. It's on the platform. It's Veronique's. Located on the Plougastelpeninsula, partly adapted PMR (terrace, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom access on the ground floor on one level). Indoor play area, equipped kitchen, home theater, piano, carport for 2 vehicles, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms. Large wooded lot equipped with many children's games (trampoline, swing, cabin), close to the sea. Bed/toilet linen included.

After 3 years of work according to best practices, with noble and ecological materials, we invite you to stay in our haven of peace, on the small port of Passage, located 7 minutes' drive from Brest. You will appreciate the exceptional panorama and view from almost every room in the house and succumb to the charm of life on this small port. The calm remains, the road in front of the house is a dead end and only serves the houses of the harbor.

My accommodation is close to public transport and Brest (10 min). Located on the edge of the harbor, it enjoys breathtaking sea views and serene calm, direct beach access, direct access to the surrounding pedestrian paths, a garden furniture area allocated to the studio on the ground floor. This studio located in my garden is independent of my main house. You can benefit from a covered space to store your "nautical" equipment if necessary.

Beautiful villa with incredible sea view

Extremely well-equipped house, very clean with splendid views of the harbor of Brest. Hugues and Karine hosted us very well and were available during our stay. The house is in a very good location, close to a charming little port. It is also an ideal base for walking or cycling. We had a fantastic week with our children and grandchild. We highly recommend it.

Warm welcome from Martine and André who are very nice. Recommendation of this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet and pleasant stay in Plougastel. Beautiful view and large terrace. Spacious and comfortable home with contemporary decor. This apartment is different from other vacation rentals in Plougastel because it is not a farm or old refurbished farm buildings.
