Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Our cottage is completely renovated to accommodate you with included wellness area access with a jacuzzi for 4 people. The wellness area is accessible and private, except on the morning of your departure, in order to empty and clean the hot tub. Long-distance hiking trails, mountain biking, green valley. It is located 10 minutes from the sea by car, 10 minutes from Lorient and 3 minutes from the base of Lann Bihoué (note: Guidel road not suitable for pedestrians). It is close to the main roads. It is perfect for 1 to 2 people but can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to the small sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped. Accommodation equipped with WiFi.
