Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

The south-facing accommodation is composed of a living room including living room, lounge, kitchen; as well as a large bedroom upstairs with 1 bed in 180*200 that can be split in 2. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
